I came to Luxembourg for four days and three nights, and I am really happy that I chose this hotel. I think sometimes the reviews alone are not accurate, so you still have to look online. Reviews on Ctrip said that the hotel front desk staff were indifferent, but I really didn't feel that at all. Instead, I thought they were very enthusiastic. I bought Rose and needed ice. Their ice machine was broken and there was no ice, but their manager went next door and bought two kilograms of ice for me to chill. Really considerate! I requested a room with a bathtub before departure and they arranged it for me. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel, making it convenient to go anywhere. I highly recommend the Cloud Pizza opposite the hotel. It’s really delicious. It’s the best pizza I’ve ever had in recent times. I will definitely stay here next time I come to Luxembourg.

Absolutely unfriendly lobby staff, the gentleman at the reception was so unhelpful and so narrow-minded that we let our booking - and payment - expire and changed to another hotel ＞ something like that has never happened to us in a hotel anywhere in the world!
