Beautiful, historic and charming hotel in Luxembourg close to the train station (about a 15 minute walk from the old city center). The hotel is delightful, very clean, and tastefully decorated. The staff are lovely and helpful. The beds are comfortable, rooms are spacious, and I was elated we had a fan available to us (already placed within the room) as it was quite hot while we were visiting. We would definitely stay here again, this place is a gem.

Well, the penthouse-like restaurant: definitely one of the most splendid views of a capital city in Europe, slightly as breathtaking as the other vis-à-vis I had in this very restaurant on Saturday the 15th of July: an exquisite smile on a lonesome dark-haired woman right before me, later at breakfast, surely a daughter of Aphrodite she is! As available, I should have applied for late checkout on Sunday morning instead of leaving behind her at the reception desk, (sigh) weekends are always too short! So yes, all views considered, splendid breakfast in the restaurant (dining slightly less splendid as one view was missing)! ;) More seriously, this train station is only 10 min afoot away, so you can admire the city as making your way up there. Also, very nice single room, copious dishes, pleasant desserts (the mango was nicely done) and all that a caring personnel! On that note, a very nice weekend in this hotel, I'll definitely be back next year, hopefully to admire again the exact same views! To all the hotel personnel: Thanks for your service!

I had a standard room on the fifth floor. A well-equipped room: e.g. kettle, fridge, microwave. The room has a bathroom and a separate toilet. Friendly staff and cleaning worked well. Good breakfast. Free still and sparkling water automat is available in the lobby. The hotel is located in a good location near the European Commission's tram stop. A short trip to the city center by tram. There may be traffic noise on the lower floors. Quite expensive room rate.

Clean room, nice location, free car park (underground and outside) Not customer oriented staff, AC did not work in the room and after telling them 2 times no body did a thing about it. So we had to stay in a super hot room for 2 days. We had only 1 chair in the room, although we were 4. I had to request this 2 times only after they brought 2 more chairs. They did not refill our complimentary coffee/ tea. The worst thing is staff does not want to listen to you. After each request they give you short answers and just get over with you. In short words you dont feel like they care about you by in this hotel.

Excellent excellent stay! We were a family of 4 who stayed in 2 queen rooms at the 18th floor for 2 nights, and let me say I only have great things to say about this hotel. First, the location was no problem for us as public transport is free and the bus dropped us about 3-4 mins walk from the hotel; it is about 30 mins to the main city but the bus is regular and we didn't have any problems.
Second, the rooms were really big and clean. The toilets even better and they had a bathtub which is rare. The front desk staff was so nice; I didn't catch their name but we were offered cookies as soon as we checked in at the reception and they were always so kind and helpful. The swimming pool was open and we went in the evening to try out the pool and there were only 2 other people and it was nice to have a quick dip in the pool (we did get lost trying to find it but you just need to go through the gym to the bathroom to access the swimming area!)
Next, the breakfast was delicious especially the eggs yum and wide variety of food/drinks. We are doing a Europe trip and by far, this has been the best hotel we have stayed in our whole lives! Highly recommend everyone to book with this hotel if you are having doubts.

Great hotel within walking distance of the airport terminal with free parking. Room was clean and this hotel was a fantastic base for our trip to the Belgium Grand Prix at Spa - approx 75 min drive. The local shuttle bus into Luxembourg was over the road with frequent buses into town taking approx 20 mins. All public transport in Luxembourg is free so we visited town in the evening for some lovely food.

This is a fantastic hotel on lovely grounds. The rooms are spacious especially if you get lucky enough to get a split level room and service is impeccable. I stayed here for 2 weeks during covid and they were absolutely amazing at dealing with requests while still managing everybodies safety. The brealfast is great and so are all the staff. I love the spa and gym and generally walking around the grounds. One gripe is that the bar food was pretty bad and so was the room service food. With the hotel being out of the way you dont have much choice but to travel for food or plan ahead and bring something back to the hotel. This isnt quite enough to mark the hotel down even 1 point though as it is a lovely relaxing hotel.

Overall we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend and/or stay again. In detail: - My partner and I stayed here during summer holidays. It was a mixed business & leisure trip. I worked in the lobby/restaurant for 2 days and Wifi was great throughout the entire hotel (no glitched, no loss of connection during conference calls). - All staff was very friendly and helpful. From the people at the reception, to the cleaning personal, as soon as we had a question, they helped us. - The rooms are also very modern, clean and with quiet AC(airco). I would even suggest to the hotel that it’s not needed to renew all towels every day. I’m ok with using my towel for a few days. ;) - Breakfast is ok. It’s all there (cheeses, meats, fruit, yoghurt, cornflakes, coffee, tea, milk, juices, eggs, toast & croissants.). It is fresh and tasty, but don’t expect a lavish brunch. I read some of the previous reviews and sometimes people need to manage their own expectations. ;) As it is a new hotel, some suggestions I would like to bring to hotel management: - I was missing a tiny fridge in the room. Luckily the staff stored our food in the kitchen, but I felt a bit guilty asking for it every morning. - I would invest in an AC in the breakfast room. It’s a very nice space, filled with light, but that also means that during summer it gets quite warm. Nonetheless: definitely worth a stay when visiting Luxembourg! Extra tip! Go visit the brewery next door + tasting and ask for Eric. Eric was our tour guide. He’s very knowledgeable and like to share his stories, which for us made sure we had a great time! Also the beer is good (bonus, haha). :P

Since we are almost never using the typical hotel services, a apartment with kitchenette is better suited to us. And the Residence home in Belval is the best we have booked. The equipment is complete, including with the main kitchen tools and dishes, so you don't have to bring anything. The bathroom is quite large with a flat shower, which we personally love. A large window can be opened right, although air conditioning is available, it is also very pleasant. The staff is always friendly and attentive, you feel welcome and that is still 24/7! Clear recommendation, we will live here again at the next visit and look forward to it.

Outstanding
HHaibingSpatious apartment, perfect location, friendly people. Complete kitchen facilities, but the exhaust fan system cannot be powered on. The toilet flushing is not working well. For the rest, I am very satisfied.
GGuest UserThe location is very convenient near the main train station, plus close to bus and tram stops. There is a lot of construction on the road outside the hotel, but it was not a problem. Our room was a good size, not huge, but good open closet/storage space. The bed was comfortable with really good pillows! The bathroom had a really big shower, small sink, but overall nice. Plenty of outlets/plugs, good mirrors, a long desk. We didn't do the breakfast, so can't speak to that. Nor did we go to the rooftop bar. While the lobby/reception area is small it's welcoming and new, just like the rooms. Everything was clean and new and modern. The staff was super helpful and nice. We would happily stay here again.
GGuest UserPersonnel are very friendly. Ready to help any time. Breakfast was delicious. Saturday and Sunday you can have breakfast until noon which was very convenient as my training finished early morning I had enough time to sleep and had late breakfast. View from gym is marvelous.
GGeorginaBeautiful hotel with a lovely room. Bar and amenities were incredible. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Tram stop is a 2 min walk away and it only takes 10 mins to get to the centre of Luxembourg. Some local pubs and shops too.
GGuest UserJust completed a 3 day stay while in Lux on business. For me the hotel is in a great location - just 10 minutes from the Centre via the free buses. The stop is literally outside the hotel front door. The hotel was immaculately clean. My room was a really good size with everything you could need. Wifi connection was excellent. Final word is for the lovely people who work here - thank you! You could have not been more helpful or cheerful which is really appreciated. As a regular visitor to Lux and having stayed in many different hotels, this will be my choice of hotel going forward now!
刘刘This hotel just opened in May 2021, it is very new and worth staying once. There is a coffee machine in the room and the bathrobes are also very nice. This grey series made us feel very relaxed. There are also childhood memories. The most classic style of Playstation 1 and Marshall speakers can sing on the bedside. The hotel front desk is very friendly
GGuest UserI stayed 2 nights at this hotel for business. I got to the hotel from the airport on bus 29 and arrived around noon. Was hoping to check-in early but was advised the check-in time was later, although I can check-in earlier if I registered to be an Accor member - which I ended up doing although didn't really want to. The hotel is located in a quiet/more commercial part of town within 10 minutes walking distance to the train station and a short bus ride (5+ minutes walk to the bus station) to the touristy part of town. For a 4-star hotel, I expected a bigger room, a bath tub and a pool but the room otherwise had all the usual toiletries and coffee/tea making facilities. Buffet breakfast was excellent with freshly squeezed orange juice although it was only on the 2nd morning that I realised that the cold cuts were on a table at the back of the restaurant. Although breakfast officially starts at 6am, food was still being taken out from the kitchen at 6:20am. Reception was helpful with directions but after I checked out, I got a SMS from my bank notifying me that I had a Euro 1 charge on my card by the hotel - not sure if it was because I requested a printed copy of the invoice at check out because if that was what the Euro 1 was for, then reception should have informed me beforehand? At approximately Euro 200 a night, not value for money in my opinion.
GGuest UserStayed for 2 nights at the end of July and booked 2 rooms. Service was excellent and the staff are extremely helpful and go above and beyond to assist you, very friendly. The rooms are comfortable and with the July heat, the air con was excellent. The location is perfect, as it’s only a 5 minute walk to the main train station, so no need for car or taxi if travelling further afield. As with all train station areas in every city, you have to be a little aware of your surroundings, but this was never a problem for us. You can then walk to the old town area in 10 minutes which is very picturesque. A must if you are staying in Luxembourg.
GGuest UserExtremely clean and refreshing hotel. Lots of space and efficient. Breakfast was outstanding. Appreciated the large countertop in the bath & the chairs & table tops in the room. Lots to see around this area + the public transportation which is free is right here.
GGuest User«+» Updated modern stylish hotel. Nice location right next to the Luxembourg main train station. Reasonable rate (I paid $90 per night for my Superior Double Room). My room was big enough and designed nicely. Very big window, a lot of daylight in my room. Very comfortable bed. Super nicely designed bathroom. Big modern all-glass sided shower stall. Very high quality bathroom amenities. New strong hairdryer. Super fast Wi-Fi. «-» A little unfriendly front desk staff. I did not get a sweet attitude from anybody from the front desk. Small TV. Electric plug situation in my room could be better.
