Worst staying. I booked before 3 hours for bbq night.I told them I need uzo they said okay we have sure. When I arrived there they said no we don’t have. I said okay I bring my bottles on room. Well I picked up but in that time they just get from outside one bottle and said it’s complimentary. I felt nice and special and I went live them tip (bottle of uzo it’s 10$ in outside) I leave them 100$ tip. After then manager come and said it’s not complimentary… I don’t care 10$ bottle for pay but they ruined my night so..

The reception was indifferent and thee hotel was overrated.

The hotel is perfectly located and has amazing views of the Nile, we enjoyed a beautiful sunset !
The service was impeccable and they prepared for us breakfast box.
The only criticism which is not only applicable to the hotel is the fact that the price quoted for them helping to call a taxi by the reception was by far higher than what it would normally cost to grab a taxi and use the meter

It is a historic hotel with a beautiful garden. The 1886 restaurant in the hotel is very good, but there is a dress code for men. Although I brought a shirt and trousers, it was still not OK. Fortunately, the hotel provides suits.

Very historic and very beautiful hotel. The breakfast is rich and opposite is a good restaurant and pier. It is only a 5-minute walk to Luxor Temple, which is convenient and comfortable.

It is not as well-known as the legendary Old Waterfall Hotel in Aswan, so I didn’t have much expectations. After checking in, I was completely amazed by the completely standard French service + well-maintained facilities with a rich sense of history.
