The bathroom boasts a Dyson hairdryer and disposable combs that feel higher quality than those found in most five-star hotels. They also provide disposable bathtub liners and bath salts. Each day, they restock local specialty nuts and dried fruits, and even offer disposable earplugs. You can relax on the tatami, chat, binge-watch shows, or enjoy afternoon tea. When the weather isn't too hot, you can also sit outside and enjoy the scenery. **Cleanliness:** Housekeeping staff come daily to clean the room and even help dust the outdoor seating. **Environment:** For city dwellers, this place is incredibly comfortable. Every day, opening the curtains reveals a lush green view, perfectly matching the room's name, 'Emerald Flow.' It's very pet-friendly; the dogs and cats all look quite clean. You can see a mother dog and her puppies playing in quieter areas. There were also many cats in the restaurant during breakfast, which both adults and children loved. **Service:** I requested a room with a good view in advance, and they assigned us a front-row spot with an unobstructed view. Staff personally deliver a fresh fruit platter daily, and we even received a souvenir when we checked out. My only minor suggestion is that it would be great if the afternoon tea selection could be a bit more diverse. Overall, I highly recommend staying here!"

"Our trip to Narat was made perfect by the Spruce Lodge! By the time we arrived at the hotel from the Duku Highway, both the elderly and the children were starving. The staff promptly brought out a lavish afternoon tea with an array of exquisite pastries, nuts, candied fruits, and fruit tea. A while later, they even brought out fresh fruit – it was a lifesaver! The hotel's location is arguably the most beautiful spot in the river valley grassland. From our room's balcony, we overlooked rolling emerald hills dotted with grazing cattle, horses, and sheep. Behind the hotel's restaurant lies an even more stunning secret garden – vast grasslands with small hills in the distance. Dining at the hotel's restaurant while watching the sunset over the grasslands, with the hotel's Akhal-Teke horses strolling by and lambs playfully nuzzling nearby, felt like pure bliss! The kids finished their meal first and went with their dad to climb the distant small hill, accompanied all the way by the hotel's border collie – so much fun! In the afternoon, we went to a shepherd's home on the back hill to milk cows, and the shepherd patiently taught the children; it was an incredibly enriching experience! Before our arrival, the hotel set up a dedicated concierge group for each guest, ready to answer any questions and fulfill any requests – super heartwarming! Oh, and by comparison, the concierge helping us snag self-driving tickets was probably the least noteworthy of their services, haha! People online often say Narat isn't worth visiting, but that must be because they didn't choose the right way to experience it. I believe Narat is a must-visit, and you absolutely *must* stay at the Spruce Lodge!"

"I heard that the Narati Indigo opened this year, and I've always wanted to experience it. On October 2nd, it rained all the way from Sayram Lake. Upon arriving at the hotel, I immediately felt right at home. It's full of exotic charm. A special thanks to Daisy from guest relations for arranging a special yurt experience for us. The service at the restaurant in the evening was also excellent. Since it was raining and the restaurant was full, they seated us at the bar next door, saving us from waiting. The next day was sunny, and the view of the Narati Grassland from the restaurant was truly stunning. I'll definitely look for another chance to come back and experience it more thoroughly."

"The hotel's location is fantastic – a left turn takes you to the Sky Grassland, and a right turn to the Valley Grassland. The rooms are a bit compact; it would be much more family-friendly for those with two children if they offered twin rooms with 1.5-meter beds. The overall environment is very quiet and beautiful, with plenty of restaurants and snack bars. There are also bonfire parties in the evenings, which are lively and create a great atmosphere. **Pros:** The butler contacts you in advance to help secure self-driving tickets. **Cons:** The bathroom had a terrible, awful smell."

"For foodies, this place can be described as ”absolutely delightful”! The fresh welcome fruit was crisp and delicious (as expected from Xinjiang)! The local yogurt was rich and amazing! The freshly ground coffee, Nescafé, had an inviting aroma – pure bliss with a touch of therapy! And let's not forget breakfast! The variety was truly extensive: hot dishes, pastries, porridges, snacks, fruits, eggs freshly fried by the chef at the live cooking station, yogurt with a multitude of toppings, toasted bread, and so many kinds of cakes. There were so many choices, no need to settle for anything less. We had a hearty and satisfying breakfast, then headed straight to the Nalat Grassland Scenic Area, saving us the trouble of finding breakfast outside early in the morning. We took some dry food for lunch while exploring the grasslands, so we didn't have to rush back for meals all day. The itinerary was relaxed and comfortable, perfectly suited for visiting the scenic area. Yep, that pretty much sums up all the foodie joys, haha!"

"The environment here is incredibly well-designed and visually striking, with a real sense of quality, and it's spotlessly clean. What truly stands out is how friendly, kind, young, attractive, and professional all the staff are. They really understand the needs and feelings of younger guests. After days of exhausting travel through Xinjiang's attractions, arriving at this hotel felt like an instant release of all that fatigue and tiredness. It has a fantastic resort vibe. Plus, it's only 10 minutes from both the Nalat Grassland scenic area and the ski resort. The chef's food is delicious, and the pet-friendly policy is a huge highlight for me since I also have pets. They have a brown Border Collie that's constantly busy, running around everywhere! 🤭 I haven't even had a chance to see it and take a photo yet. I'll definitely be bringing my own pet to stay here again in the winter. 🛁 Facilities: They have automatic toilets, Dyson hairdryers, high-end bedding, bathrobes, humidifiers, makeup mirrors, and even automatic washing machines and dryers – truly a perfect hotel for a relaxing getaway. And the toiletries are Acqua di Parma's Blu Mediterraneo Arancia di Capri series. They also have a Marshall Kilburn III Bluetooth speaker. The afternoon tea and daily welcome fruit are lovely touches too. The hotel's travel photography service is also excellent! Hu Bai Afternoon Tea Service: I honestly think it deserves a full five stars; it's incredible value for money."

Walking into the room was a pleasant surprise; it's spacious and bright, with plush bedding and smart amenities that instantly melted away my travel fatigue. The in-room fitness equipment and washing machine are top-notch. Breakfast offers a wide variety of dishes, with a good balance of meat and vegetables, blending Western, Chinese, and local specialties, along with fresh fruits and beverages – a perfect energy boost. There's a food street and supermarket nearby, making it incredibly convenient for tourists. This excellent hotel is truly commendable and highly recommended."

"Highly recommend! This place is truly excellent. The accommodation facilities were satisfying, and the overall living atmosphere was comfortable and pleasant. The heated swimming pool was great for relaxation and fun, and they even offered a convenient service to help book self-driving tickets. Every aspect was thoughtfully taken care of. The cleanliness was impeccable. I got along really well with the staff (the ladies and gentlemen working there), which made me genuinely happy. "A guesthouse in Nalati that makes you want to stay forever. My reluctance to leave Nalati wasn't due to the grasslands or the winding ancient roads, but rather this guesthouse tucked away at the end of a small path. It truly gives you that 'hidden gem' feeling, like finding a beautiful village beyond a shady willow and bright flowers. Before check-in, the guesthouse proactively contacted us to set up a housekeeper group chat. Any questions could be communicated there, and responses were incredibly prompt. The guesthouse also offers a rich variety of activities, like making nang (a type of bread) and BBQ parties. I highly recommend their skewers – they were the best I've had in 5 days in Xinjiang! [blush emoji] The restaurant's hotpot is also excellent, with tender beef and a delicious broth. The guesthouse has a huge private backyard, and their own sheep are super friendly, having a great time playing with the kids. The room was very clean, and all amenities were readily available. We booked the duplex family room, which perfectly accommodated our family of six. I'm running out of words... [laughing emoji] In short, I highly recommend it! [party emoji]"

"This guesthouse in Narati was the best accommodation we had during our entire Xinjiang trip. The aesthetic appeal of both the exterior and interior design is evident, with attention to detail truly standing out. I particularly loved the green plant views from our room. The comfort level was excellent too; the bedding was soft, and the latex pillows were absolutely amazing. We loved them so much that we bought the same kind when we checked out. They didn't skimp on amenities either: a Dyson hairdryer, L'Occitane toiletries, a coffee machine, a magnifying mirror, a washing machine, and more. What truly impressed us the most was the service. From the manager to every staff member, everyone genuinely cared about the guests' experience. In the evening, when we ordered food, they even sent up some small pastries, and the next morning, they treated us to coffee with breakfast, which was a really thoughtful touch. Due to a change in our itinerary, we had to shorten our two-night stay to one, and the guesthouse was incredibly accommodating, kindly waiving the fee for the second night. Overall, it was a comfortable, considerate, and high-quality experience. It's not one of those mass-produced 'influencer' guesthouses; they genuinely put their heart into their service."
