Tínhamos uma reserva para este hotel feita em Dezembro de 2023 através de um voucher da Odisseias para Setembro de 2024 mediante o pagamento de um suplemento. Quando contactamos o hotel por outro motivo duas semanas antes da data, informam-nos que nao existe reserva! Tudo o que nos conseguem dizer é que foi um erro/lapso de marcação. A reserva aparece como confirmada no site da Odisseias e recebemos um email de confirmação. Mas o hotel diz que nao tem quartos disponíveis nesta data e que temos que cancelar a reserva, já feita em Dezembro de 2023 e pela qual foi pago um extra. Vergonhoso e inaceitável

Primeiramente o staff é super simpático e atencioso principalmente a katia nada a apontar so um doce de pessoa sempre pronta a ajudar. Quarto super agradável, como o que nos tínhamos reservado não aparecia acabamos por ir para uma suite sem custos extra. Dormimos super bem a cama era super confortável e era tudo bastante agradável. Um grande obrigada a katia e ao redor do staff

Acabamos de estar de luna de miel, nos regalaron el viaje en la boda con las cajas smartbox, al igual que otro comentario que he leído tuvimos que mover varias fechas para que nos dieran habitación, y nos pidieron pagar 80€ de porque supuestamente era una habitación mejor... pero la habitación era la más pequeña que tienen... nada acogedora, oscura... además la smartbox incluía un detalle romántico que NO nos dieron tampoco. Siento decirlo pero la cama y almohadas HORROROSO!!! Mi marido y yo el tercer día no soportábamos el dolor de espalda. Y la televisión solo tiene 6 canales todos en Portugués menos 1 o 2 en inglés... La piscina está muy chula. Las chicas que trabajan allí son muy simpáticas y amables, pero siento decir que me ha decepcionado el hotel... yo más que 3 estrellas diría que es de 2. Lo siento pero no volvería.

Zondag is alles gesloten zoals receptie en restaurant. Bij aankomst op zondag na 17:00 even moeten wachten maar daarna keurig geholpen naar ons zeer schone appartement. Omdat er deze zondag een paar koppels waren aangekomen ging het restaurant open en alles wat je vroeg was geen probleem. Zelfs het afrekenen moeten we de volgende dag pas doen. De bediening nam alle tijd en had totaal geen haast. Wij happy dan is zij het ook zei ze. Top service en vriendelijke ontvangst.

Tout a été parfait, nous y sommes restés 2 nuits, un grand appartement avec petite kitchenette, frigo, balcon vue sur la piscine, très bonne literie, petit déjeuner copieux. Le seul point négatif et il est important tout de même, la situation aucun GPS ne vous l'indique et nous emmène à 9kms de l'hôtel. Pour vous guider seul GOOGLE MAPS peut vous y conduire, il faut le savoir n'ayant pas la fonction et sans adresse exacte une personne de l'hôtel est venue nous chercher.
