Een verschrikkelijke hotel! Geen entertainment, vieze kamers, ons kamer 115 zaten vol haren schimmel bij aankomst. Elke dag geklaagd want de schoonmakers maakten het ook niet goed schoon. Verschrikkelijke bedden met losse veren, kortom ik raad dit echt NIEMAND aan. Het is echt een walgelijke hotel!!!

Booked a standard room ,but was given superior room which is fine but when we arrived, the room smelled of dusky damp only to find out there's black mould on the wall and the aircon was full of it. The room was dirty and outdated. Complained to reception they moved us to better room, which I'm thankful of. Staff were friendly but sorry to say definitely not a 4 star hotel. No bar ,no drinks facility, breakfast was basic, pool needs upgrade, the rooms need upgrade. Apart from being very close to beach that's only good thing about this place.

This is not a 4 star hotel. There is no staff around. My room has not been cleaned for more than 2 days, even after reminding the reception. For the reception you can only reach them personally as the phone in the room is not working. The hotel itself is old and very basic. There is nothing to do here other than sleeping. No bar or restaurant available. You can buy soda from the fridge at the reception.

Arrived latish at night. Was shown where our room was, along a very dark path so trying to negotiate 2 suitcases was difficult. Room was spacious and clean but we had no chairs on our balcony and did not get these for over 24 hours albeit asking reception a few times. Breakfast, we thought, was good. Plenty choice and clean breakfast bar and lovely staff in there. No pool bar, no evening meals that were advertised had you wanted them. A stroll to the beachfront for food was sometimes inconvenient if you were having a chill day by the pool. Sunbeds tired and as stated previously scuba divers just decided to take over the pool when they felt like it. All in all we enjoyed our holiday at this hotel but would certainly not recommend or rush back

I have been for 4 nights so far. The hotel itself is in a great location and the air con s decent but hat is pretty much the end of the positives. The hotel is of and run down. The rooms are dusty and basic. I’m sure there are better beds in hostels. The breakfast choices for a 4 star are shameful. Pool area needs cleaned and beds are so uncomfortable. I’m sitting at the pool and 10 scuba divers have taken over the pool WTAF! There is NO pool bar and the reception staff are weird and don’t speak to you.

Die Hotelanlage ist sehr gepflegt. Das Frühstück ist gut. Vor Jahren gab es Obstsalat oder zumindest geschälte Früchte. Muss man sich selbst abschälen. Das ist eine manscherei. Auch keine gute Qualität. Tische sind ohne Tischdecken und auch nicht eingedeckt. Ist wie in einer Kantine und nicht wie in einem 4 Sterne Hotel. Zimmer sind schön groß und verfügen über einen Kühlschrank und Terrasse oder Balkon. Das ist sehr toll. Es sind leider viele technische Mängel in den Zimmern. Entweder WC Brille defekt, Halterung für die Duschbrause defekt, Terrassentür geht schwer oder gar nicht auf, Klimaanlage Filter ist total schmutzig usw TV nur ein deutscher Sender. Wir kommen schon viele Jahre hier her. Es lässt immer mehr nach . Wir kommen aber trotzdem wieder, da die Lage sehr toll ist . Aber es muss unbedingt was gemacht werden. Attraktiv ist anders. Und immer noch 4 Sterne. Wir würden nur noch 1 Sterne vergeben . Schade eigendlich.

A classic hotel but very cozy, with friendly staff always on hand. Too bad it was raining when I was there, but in the summer it must be amazing, I will be back soon! The garden is amazing and there are many different birds in the garden!

We liked it a lot, at the moment you can see that they are renovating the hotel. The hotel is very cosy and comfortable, the atmosphere is very peaceful, the breakfast is fantastic, it's perhaps one of the best hotels we've stayed in to relax from the outside world. Don't expect a luxury hotel! It's a 4-star beach hotel. We'll be back for sure!

Quite a pleasant surprise! We went to see the MotoGP and stayed at the Hotel Luz Bay, everything was very organized, it is clear that they are undergoing renovations and the staff is super friendly! excellent breakfast! We could not have chosen a better hotel. We recommend!
