A small room with very poor ventilation. There is no air conditioning. There is only a very noisy fan. As soon as the fan is turned off at night, the room became so hot that we could hardly sleep.

The location is 15 minutes away from the train station. If you have more luggage, it is recommended to take the bus there. There is no air-conditioning, and the room facilities are a little old.

Service was pretty bad.. he seems busy all the time and couldn't even give us proper instructions. Asked politely if we could store our luggage till later was given a ride reply, "I will not be here". Even if the staff cannot help us or have to knock off, I think service staff can reply nicely and explain politely.

Cold, soulless place with only attribute being in the centre of the city. Reception guy( Indian looking chap, had no name badge ) made an art of ignoring customers, right in our faces, only saviour was Mateo, who jumped to help and was friendly and knowledgeable. Power cuts and poor breakfast added to - Avoid at all costs- reflection
