Location is accessible to public transportation. Bus stop is literally in front of the reception area. Very clean and large room and bathroom. Will book this again when we return.

It's only two stops from the train station by bus. It's very close to the lions and the covered bridge. There's a big Coop downstairs. The location is unbeatable!
The triple room I booked has a sofa bed, which is very large.
Breakfast is at the hotel next door, which is highly recommended. The cheese and fruit are delicious and very popular.
When I checked in, the room card was not automatically issued. I went to the hotel next door and told them, and they gave me the key directly. It was very efficient.

Self check-in. Luggage storage on the first floor is available for a fee. 10 minutes walk from Lucerne Station. Refrigerator, safe, fan, elevator.

Location is perfect, every basic needs are available in the room, except kettle where you have to request from the frontdesk (next door).

Not much to complain about for the price. Basic hotel with the necessities and a fan for the summer heat (though you might need to get kettle from the reception, it's not in the room by default). Breakfast spread was decent, and supermarket is nearby. Self check-in was easy and you will pay the hotel tax whilst checking in. I even managed to check-in earlier as the room was already available in the system (a few luggage lockers are also available right beside the check-in system, if you need).
