One of the best and most price-friendly hotels I have ever seen in Switzerland. Spotless facility, breathtaking view facing the Luzern lake, accessible location, good for people like me who prefer tranquility + view. Would definitely revisit if passing by.

The hotel is not big. It takes about 15 minutes to take bus No. 24 from the S platform of the railway station to 7 stops. It is not too close to the old town and the railway station, but not too far away. The hotel service is quite good. It provides a free bus ride certificate for the whole day, a free drink coupon per person, free fruit at the front desk, and Lake Seine is across the road. It should be that we were upgraded to a lake view room. The view is beautiful. Although it is next to the road, it is still relatively quiet at night. It’s just that the sound insulation between the floors of the hotel is a bit poor. Overall, I am quite satisfied.

The hotel is facing the lake, with a great location. The front desk customer service is polite and welcoming. Check-in is fast. The room is simple. It is relatively small. But it is clean and comfortable. The breakfast is rich in variety. It is really beautiful to enjoy breakfast while looking at the snow-capped mountains. Recommended.

The hotel is in a good location, close to the lake, quieter than the city center hotels. Take a bus from Lucerne Central Station and it takes 20 minutes to get to the hotel entrance. The hotel cafe has a nice view. The room facilities are a bit old, but well maintained. The service is average. I checked out before 11 o'clock. I had a high fever and wanted to check out later, but the negotiation was unsuccessful. Not humane enough.

There is a bus station just outside the Lucerne train station. Walk to the S platform and take bus No. 24 for 7 stops to reach the Seeburg Hotel. The hotel is a 4-star hotel. The interior is very simple and the cleaning is very clean. The hotel room provides a small coffee machine, but no hot water kettle is provided. For Chinese people who like to drink hot water, you can buy portable hot water kettles online when traveling. There are no slippers and no air conditioning in the room. There is a fan and a hairdryer. There are three plug-in sockets in the bedroom and one in the toilet. There is a small storage room with 6 hangers for hanging clothes. The suite I stayed in was a "Mountain View Room". The window faced the hillside at the back of the hotel, and the price was cheaper than the Lake View Room. There is a sunset bar across the road from the hotel. If you have enough time in Lucerne, you can choose a sunny day to have a drink there, chat, sort out the photos you took, and enjoy Lake Lucerne and the spectacular Pila Tusi Peak.

We were given a mountain view room with a weird layout. Very uncomfortable. The waiter had a bad attitude. Ctrip still had rooms, but I asked for an upgrade and she said it was full!!! I will never go there again!!! Don't trust Ctrip!!!

The room is terrible; too small; lack of functions; even the trash can has only 3 liters of capacity! The hardware is too ordinary. The lobby and restaurant smell like pet urine. I suggest fellow travelers to think twice before traveling. I'm telling the truth.

A very old hotel, the rooms are spacious, but the bathroom is very, very small, there is no telephone in the rooms, room service is very slow, and the breakfast is very bad, not suitable for even a two-star hotel. The service was very good. They helped to open a bottle of red wine and gave us two red wine glasses. The balcony of the lake view room has a great view of the Alps snow-capped mountains and the lake. The video is a real shot.
