Lovely hotel with everything you need and the staff were friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this hotel. The only downside is that it is on a busy and loud *****, so there is constant noise, especially if you open the window. But other than that, it’s a great hotel.

Location was superb as it was just right in the city centre. However, the disadvantage was that it tends to get abit noisy as people walk around the talk even in the middle of the night and the worst is if you don’t smoke there’s second hand smoke all the time. If you’re ok with second hand smoke and some noise, it’s really a convenient hotel to stay.

Location wise is good as it’s right in the middle of the old town. Walking distance from the ferry dock and train station but stairs and cobblestones make it hard to drag your luggage. The only redeeming quality about the room is its size. The quadruple room is a good size for 4 adults with 4 luggages. However the amenities are close to nothing, the wifi is crap and the TV is always faulty. Cleanliness is average - doors are chipped and rusty, the tub is also chipped and dirty. We stayed quite a lot of nights and after the first two nights it’s like the housekeeping staff gave up on properly cleaning the room and replenishing the amenities. Would stay again only as a last resort.

The stay was very nice and very spacious. Near the train station and chapel Bridge.

The hotel is in a prime location with convenient transportation. The rooms are clean and tidy, very quiet and the scenery is excellent. The service staff is enthusiastic and the facilities are complete and advanced. The experience is very satisfactory and it is very convenient to go anywhere in the old town.

The service and environment are pretty good and the transportation is convenient. recommend. Remember to bring a Swiss converter as it is different from the EU one. Later it was rented at the front desk. There are many shops just outside the door.

The room is clean and the service is good. In the old town of Luzern, the price is relatively affordable. The breakfast is also very good at 18 Swiss francs per person

Small hotel in the middle of the old city. Very convenient location and very personal. The staff is very friendly. Rooms are clean and practical, just right for an overnight stay in the city.

I have to command Dustin and Patricia on their fabulous work ethic during my stay there. The only issue was with the front desk staff in the morning. He was very look and rude.

Great location in the Old City in a very pretty cobble-stoned square. My family walked with our luggage from the train station over the walking bridge to this hotel—about 800 meters. Plenty of shopping, restaurants in this neighborhood and you have the Nine Towers very close by behind the hotel. (Great views of the city from up there). Reception staff were very friendly and the hotel was clean and perfect.

Staff were not ready for our check in and rude on many occasions. Nice location but would never return there
