The hotel was nice budget friendly, staffs were so kind to help us. Located near to Luzern station(just 2 bus stops) and so convenient.

This hotel is conveniently located within walking distance from the station, although it may be more convenient to take a bus if you have luggage. The breakfast provided was sufficient, and the room, while small, was clean and offered at an affordable price.

No changing of bath towel till checkout which is hotel policy. Buffet breakfast food all cold cut no cooked food.

Tv cannot function due to broken socket. Only 1/3 socket can be used

We have booked 3 rooms with Ibis budget at Lucerne, switzerland for 2 nights 3 rooms. On 5-7Jan 2024. Now we just have arrived the hotel. Unfortunately the reception informed us that the room has booked under my friend for 1 room shown up the name at the hotel only. The reception told us that they no have contract with Trip.com and now they asked us to book other room.

Quite a walk from the train station. Recommend to take the bus if you have the Swiss Travel Pass. Take the number 4 from the Bahnhof, gets off right after crossed the bridge at Brunigstrasse. The first day I am only with 2 people so stayed in a triple room. The Shower room is directly open up to the bedroom with only frosted glass and no curtain. And sink is IN the bedroom so would have no place to change cloths. I guess it makes sense for any couple but kindly of odd for triple. The second day a friend joined so we move to a family room with a proper washroom which is much more "family friendly" The hotel serve breakfast at a very low and nice price (in Swiss terms). Get hot water free at the lobby but no boiler in the room. For the best it provides microwave oven, so can get food from nearby Denner if you are on a budget. Be sure to get in line early cause there will be people lining up at around 6.

One of the worst hotels I’ve been. I originally booked this hotel for its close location to the luzern train station, but it wasn’t as close as it described to be. The room was tiny, the floor was very dirty that it was evident that they didn’t sweep the floor properly. There was no walking space in the room at all that I couldn’t open my luggage fully. There was no hair dryer in the room, the ventilation was poor.

Comfortable hotel stay, clean, nice , location is near train station, service is good

The hotel was not too far from Railway station. It was on another side of the city, away from the old town (about 20 mins walk).

The Room is very clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.

Nice located

The room is a bit too cramped for 3 adults even though it has a double decker with a double bed below and single bed above. Shower and toilet are separated. Shower room is translucent.
