I recently stayed at the Cascada Hotel for 5 days and 4 nights, and it was a fantastic experience. The hotel is conveniently located very near the train station, just a 5-7 minute walk away, making it an ideal choice for travelers looking to avoid the hustle and bustle of the city center. The service at the hotel was exceptional. The staff were incredibly helpful, even lending me an adaptor for my phone charger when I needed one. The amenities were also impressive, with complimentary use of the hotel minibar, including tea, water, coke, iced tea, and more—something most hotels do not offer. The hotel is surrounded by a variety of shops and restaurants, adding to the convenience of the location. There's also an on-site restaurant known for its Spanish menu, which is definitely worth a visit. My room was kept clean every day, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay. Overall, I truly enjoyed my time at the Cascada Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for great service, excellent amenities, and a peaceful yet convenient location.

Fantastic and had a great stay after a long-haul flight! Able to get the early check-in for rest before I started my journey, the location is good too, close to the station with McDonald & Starbucks, coop nearby!

This is a boutique hotel, very nice and everyday refill welcome drink, pretty hotel and warm and friendly staff. We love the stay in hotel, we stay 3/29-4/1/2024 for 3 nights.

Hotel is clean and leverages on technology to manage the main door, lift and room door accesses. Room is a little small but still good enough to put 1 large luggage. Toilet was clean and bed was comfy. Mini bar was included, which was nice. Service was good, staff were friendly and breakfast was not bad too. Location may not be as convenient as other hotels directly opposite the train station (around 10-12 min walk from the train station), but the hotel itself made up for it. Famous places of interest like the Chapel bridge area was about 15-20 min walk away, but the walk/route was safe and nice, hence it was still manageable. Would definitely recommend to those who don’t mind walking a little bit to the train station as it really is a clean and comfy hotel.

superb hotel and we enjoyed our stay! breakfast spread was good. Walk to chapel bridge took about 10mins but was manageable. car park entrance not easy to find as they are sharing with other residents. and we had to park nearby to inform hotel to open the gates to carpark. otherwise an almost perfect hotel

It has a perfect location near to the center and the train station but they omit some things that It is necessary to know for a better staying. For example: the small bar in the refrigerator is free for your staying, they never told me I knew it when other people was doing check in. I hope that poor service It was not a racism because I am latin American. Latinos mejor elijan otro lugar. Bye

Good location Check in Staff helpfull and informative

The hotel is close to the train station in 1x min walking distance. The staff were very nice and chatty and they even helped me print an e-ticket for free. The room was clean. Minibar(water, and sparkling water) was included. Free swiss chocolate too. Please beaware that city tax is required and you have to pay that during check-out. The city tax includes public transportation fee e.g. buses in Lucerne.

Definitely the best hotel service that I’ve ever had!! Staffs are super friendly and amazing, creat a really nice vibe here! I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Lucerne, I will visit again in the future. Lastly, just wanna express my sincere appreciation to the male staff who’s working at the front desk in the morning of both Feb 18th & Feb 19th as he helped a lot.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel very generous with the mini bar and much appreciated when everything is so expensive in Switzerland.

It was a great stay, 10/10 clean room, only 7mins walk from the station and breakfast was great. Warm and cold foods, variety choices of juice, coffee and yoghurts. I loved that even drinks in the fridge was included. Usually a lot of hotels charge for them. Slippers provided, amenities were compact but include everything needed. If i am going to Lucerne again i am definitely staying in this hotel again.

Cosy breakfast place.

We arrived early just as the room was ready, so we could check in a little early. The environment was also clean and tidy, but it was a bit rough. We also had dinner at the restaurant downstairs. The quality was good and it was mainly convenient.
