The worse experience ever!
The hotel service is terrible, it can't be worse. I can't imagine why this hotel is so expensive, there is no service at all and it is very unprofessional. If there is an accident, in addition to calling the hotel and the channel to negotiate, the hotel keeps pushing the responsibility and even changing the date is impossible! Very unok

I definitely would not label this a 4-star hotel, but let me start with the positives: as a tour group (of 24) even, we were able to get into our rooms at 11am! Location is close to the city center (going further afield, say to the Lion Monument or to walk the city walls, expect a longer walk). Our room, while small and spartan, was clean, with a safe and a/c (not sure how well it worked, for it wasn’t too warm when we were there). Negatives include a small closet, no coffee maker or kettle, and few amenities. I expect a 4-star hotel to have thicker and larger towels, separate shampoo & conditioner (one container of all-purpose handwash/shampoo/body wash does an injustice to all three), body lotion, maybe even an option for bar soap. We spent two days here, but our room wasn’t made up by the time we returned the second day at 3, so we reluctantly settled for the "do not disturb" sign. The breakfast buffet is unimpressive, considering (again) this is supposedly a 4-star hotel. It's great the hotel caters to tour groups, but I counted eight of them when we were there, making the breakfast room over-crowded.

Lot of chaos while checking in. Arguments among people staying and reception about how services were bad. Breakfast is okay. Room is just enough.Doesnt feel 4 star. No kettle, fridge or microwave provided in the room. there is confusion about how to enter the hotel. Only one lift goes up to reception on first floor and there is always queue.

Staff were friendly. Breakfast was ok. Our superior room was missing tea/coffee making facilities and no fridge. Minus these criticisms, hotel was clean and comfortable. Very centrally located to all touristy spots Walkable location.

It was very noisy since there were groupnof tourist maling noice at night and early in the morning not a good sleep because of this. Everything else perfect
