There is no person in charge at the front desk. For self-check-in, we couldn't contact the person in charge to get the password to enter the hotel, so a whole night was wasted!

This is nice place to stay that is clean and spacious. We were on the top floor you have quite a lot of stairs to carry your suitcases up. The room was serviced in the morning which we weren’t expecting. No tv which might not suit everyone. A full length mirror would have been useful as there is only one small mirror in the bathroom. 30 min pleasant walk into Lucerne centre although there is a bus stop close by.

We had a spacious and comfortable suite in order to give our child a bed of her own (it was the sofa bed so no seating area in the ‘living room’ except for the table and chairs). Well stocked minibar (included in room stay). Location was lovely and our room had a view of the lake. Easy to get to on public transport.

Very clean room, local to the town center (10-minute walk), but very quiet. Paid parking on the opposite street. The staff was very helpful for non-French / German speakers. 2 minute walk from the Lake with a lovely walk into Town down the shoreside.

Wir waren eine Nacht in Luzern und waren sehr zufrieden. Betten bequem. Ruhig, sauber, liebevolle Details. Fliegengitter, damit man die Fenster offen lassen konnte. Ceck-In funktionierte nicht online, war dann aber telefonisch sehr unkompliziert. Parkplätze in kurzer Gehdistanz. Halteplatz zum Ausladen direkt vor dem Haus. Vielen Dank!

Amazing property right on the lake. The room was very spacious and beautifully designed with thoughtful touches including a small air conditioner, blackout shades, china tea cups, and mid century modern furniture. The bed and bedding are a dream come true, and the surrounding area is quiet and tranquil. Waking up with a view of the lake and mountains was a highlight of the trip. It is well worth the price, and when we return we plan to stay here again. The self check in was easy and fast, and if you arrive early, you can leave your luggage in the salon on the ground floor. There is also a full kitchen on the ground floor that guests are welcome to use, which is a nice bonus.

Spacious rooms, comfortable beds. Clean and modern. Only negative was we had 3 people in our 2 rooms, but other than 1st night, there were only 2 bath towels (we had left one on floor to be replaced). No nearby restaurants but easy to hop on bus (free for guests) and go into city center. Beautiful walking path on Lake Lucerne, 20 minute walk along path to center city.

Everything was perfect! Spacious room with a nice bathroom. Everything was very clean. Check-in was easy. Extensive breakfast in the nearby Beau Sejour Hotel. Very helpful and friendly staff who always respond to guests' requests. Next time we'll stay either in the Villa Maria or the Beau Sejour.
