We saw this hotel booked by Trip.com evaluation. To be honest, after arriving at the store, I feel that the environment is good, the scenery is beautiful, and it is quite pleasant. The room is very chic, because it is National Day, there are four big scarlet characters on the bed. It is a river view room. I like it very much. But I felt that the front desk service sister was not enthusiastic enough and was slow to respond. After giving me the room card, I forgot to give me the ID card and didn’t call me. I found it everywhere after I arrived in the room. Finally, I remembered at the front desk. I checked out the next day and gave her two room cards. And also specially told her that this is two room cards. She was absent-minded at the time, and I didn’t know what she was thinking. Because we booked two rooms, we called me after nearly two hours and said that I took a room card for her. It didn’t feel very comfortable. This is something I have never encountered in other hotels. This hopes to strengthen the front desk business, service training, others are good, breakfast is rich, beef noodles are delicious

The location was right on a main road near a lot of restaurants. The front desk receptionist was very nice and even called me to check to see if I was planning on extending my stay. The service was a big plus, and the room was spacious, even if the lighting is a bit dark. But honestly that is just my experience with all Atour hotel rooms. Overall a pleasant experience and a good value!

When I checked in, I learned that it was an internship place for students from the technical college next door. The students looked childish, but the service quality was very good. The receptionist kept smiling all the time. . The room was clean and tidy. The breakfast is very rich. The waiters in the restaurant have a slightly shy expression, but the service is not compromised and they work very seriously. I heard that the desserts were made by interns and they tasted good. Seeing their interns working hard and injecting new life into the hospitality industry, I really appreciate them. If I have the opportunity to come here again, I will continue to choose to stay.

Many years ago, Luzhou Hotel was once a first-tier high-end hotel in Luzhou. I went there with my family elders to attend a wedding in the 1990s. At that time, it was not an exaggeration to describe it as breathtaking. But later, with the rise of Jiucheng Hotel, Nanyuan, etc., this place declined.
Location: I thought about where Guihua Street was before, and it turned out to be next to Jiangcheng and Jiale Square. In the old city center, Huilongwan is across the bridge.
Facilities: Although it is facing the street and the windows are open, it is not noisy at night, but the wall sound insulation is very general. The conversations next door after 11 pm and 5 am can be heard clearly. Other facilities and equipment are relatively new, but there are some problems with the design of the wash basin and faucet. There is water everywhere on the wash table.
Service: The front desk service is quite enthusiastic. Maybe Luzhou people are very enthusiastic. What is rare is that there is also breakfast.
Overall, it is quite good. It is a hotel with a high credibility and value for money🏨.

Despite its name, railway station isn't that close. You need to take a taxi (or walk 30 minutes).
Check-in process for foreigners will be very tiring (we had to wait 40 minutes in hotel lobby with extremely tired two kids, being questioned by staff about many things. We were asked 'why did you visit here', I thought this is a very ride question. Hotel should welcome guests instead of interrogating them especially when they're super tired after a long day. I'm not blaming the staff as they seem to be doing what they were told to do (protocol I suppose). But we didn't face such interrogating in any of the other hotels in China so I'm not sure why.
Another inconvenience, the laundry facility doesn't have a dryer.. We ended up with a load of wet clothes after using the washing machine.. So be aware.
