There are three high-rise buildings in this square with three hotels, one is on the second floor of Lavande, and three are located at Bai'an. I have experienced all three hotels. The hardware is not bad, and the brand and popularity of Lavande are louder, but the service But Bai An is the best. Lavande’s front desk is relatively dull and highly mechanized. For example, after pulling out the room card, the guest room will close the curtains and swipe the card to enter the elevator. For standard room guests, two room cards are required. The desk attendant actually said very mechanistically: ”Drop the compensation.” Everyone knows this truth, but deliberate reminding will make guests feel uncomfortable. By the way, I still like it. I hope that hotel managers will strengthen service awareness training. In the current economic environment, the only thing that can make a lot of money in the hotel industry is service.

I have lived in 2020, and I have lived in several hotels next to me several times. Compared with Bai'an, I feel better, so I chose Bai'an this time, but this stay feels too different from me.
Let me talk about it first. I feel good. I sleep more comfortably on Bai'an's bed and pillows than other homes. The soundproofing of the room is not bad, I can hear the sound in the corridor but it does not affect my sleep.
Unlike a few years ago, the elevator is dirty and messy, the elevator upward button housing is bad, the elevator wall is stained, small advertisements are everywhere, and the floor is dirty. The disposable items provided in the room are not as good as before. There may be environmental protection and cost problems. The disposable slippers in the first stay room were very thick (I also took a pair of them away and left them at home for friends to wear), and the quality of the comb was very good. I still use it. Now the real scorpion that is offered can wear once. I booked a room on the platform. After I arrived at the store, I had to collect a deposit. I said that I returned the same way when I checked out. I didn’t eat breakfast in the morning because I had something to do. I hurriedly checked out and left. At noon, I saw that the refunded deposit was actually deducted a few cents for me. I contacted the store and finally made up with me. It's not about money, but it's just uncomfortable.

The service was a big plus, and the room was spacious, even if the lighting is a bit dark. But honestly that is just my experience with all Atour hotel rooms. I personally felt that the hotel's environment, facilities and services were excellent! The room was super clean with fresh air, the bedding was super comfortable with a pillow for two uses, the curtain track was super smooth, and the skylight in the shower room made the room dry, refreshing and poetic; there were fruits, snacks or local fruit tea on the table every day, and one night they even sent warm milk and steam eye masks to help with sleep! The breakfast was rich and had local characteristics! The noodle cooking sister was very considerate! We also had non-spicy dishes at ”Xiaoliyuan”! It was drizzling when we left the hotel, and Manager Tian held an umbrella and sent us to the taxi and waved goodbye! Here, we experienced people-oriented quality service!
