When I checked in, the first room had a damp smell, the windows did not open, and the air conditioner didn't work well. After the complaint, the number changed. Great breakfast and service.

Great place to stay, the best part is that they allow pets. Everything was great, the room was clean and tidy. The service on the front desk was polite and kind, they help with all of our questions. Even though we forgot our charger in the room they were eager to help.

Very good for weekend family place. With shelter in Lviv . Located very close to historical places. Breakfast is good, but maybe need to add more options. Staff is very friendly. Parking place was provided. Safety and security is on high level

Die Unterkunft liegt nahe am Zentrum und ist gut zu erreichen. An der Rezeption gibt es Tee und Kaffe und Wasser.
Bitte nehmen Sie kein Premiumzimmer denn diese sind Dich die vielen Fenster sehr kalt und es gibt nur eine Klimaanlage die nicht richtig heizt, eigentlich frech !
Zudem liegen die Zimmer ganz oben im 7 Stock und nachts wird das Gebäude von außen beleuchtet bedeutet unterm Strich , sehr hell weil es nicht richtig abgedunkelt werden kann.
Sonst ist das Hotel sauber und gut !

Brilliant hotel. Convenient for the city centre, clean, comfortable, friendly staff. Great breakfast - in the evening the breakfast space becomes a really great pizza restaurant. Can’t think of a single negative - and I stayed for a fortnight.

Вже не вперше зупиняюсь в цьому готелі, і завжди чудові враження! Приємний персонал, затишні номери, де ж все необхідне, додаткові послуги, такі, як бкзкоштона кава на рецепції та парасоля, якщо йде дощ, - все це мотивую повертатися в готель знову і знову :)

Really stylish and modern located right in the city center. The view is just Fabolous. Free coffee/tea in the lobby, welcoming and kind staff. The beds are extremely comfy and cozy. I would also like to point out that the hotel is 100% free from single use plastic. Security measures are on top level
