I asked the front desk to change the towels and empty the trash, and was told, "We're not a hotel; apartments typically get a change every 3-5 days." This policy made me a bit uncomfortable. However, aside from that, the positives really stand out: it's equipped with a microwave, induction hob, coffee machine, and fridge, and most importantly, air conditioning! Considering I suffered from the heat in a previous hotel in the 13th arrondissement, this place was incredibly comfortable. Although it's on the main road by the train station, it was surprisingly quiet, safe, and clean—much better than Frankfurt train station. Plus, the entrance has a key card system; you have to ring the doorbell or use your room card to enter at any time, which provides a great sense of security. The room itself is spacious enough, with a dining table and a desk. All in all, I would consider staying here again.

It’s about a 5-minute walk from Lyon Train Station, and you can take a bus directly into Lyon city to explore. We arrived at the hotel early and were able to leave our luggage there before check-in, which was very convenient. Water was not provided, but there’s a kitchen with appliances available if you’d like to cook, and there’s also a supermarket nearby. The amenities felt a little old, and the room was slightly stuffy despite having air conditioning. The hallway is scary without lights 😦

A good stay overall, location close from one of Lyon train stations and also from local transport . The city is walkable from the hotel ,the old town. Staff polite and helpful.

Basic hotel, with small kitchen and everything you need to cook. Located near the train station and a mall, very convenient. It's quiet even if it's near the railway.

The hotel is located at convenient location, staff are extremely friendly and helpful. A wonderful stay.

Conveniently located near the main station and a supermarket. The room was well-equipped with a microwave, induction cooktop, and frying pan, which was great. I also appreciated having a separate bathroom and toilet. (There was a mix-up during check-in where they didn't have a room with two beds ready for us, which caused some hassle, but I think the room we ended up getting was an upgrade.)

A wonderful stay. The hotel is within 15 walking distance from the Lyon station and also close to the nearby Westfield mall. There are a few good eating places nearby. There isn't much room service or amenities just the basic, no phone in the room. A small kitchenette for ease. The staff at reception is very welcoming. A special thanks to INGRID for all her support and kindness. She was a STAR 🌟. I recommend the hotel for short stays or a stay with no frills.
