The hotel is under renovation and feels like a big construction site. The hotel parking lot is OK. I parked my car for two nights for a total of 38 euros. It is in a large shopping district and is convenient for shopping.

The location is excellent, Victoria Station and the subway station are very close, especially the gathering place for day trips is in Victoria Station, and you can walk to Buckingham Palace and other attractions. I chose the river view and the view was good. I didn't use it, but it's attached to the convention center, so it's good to use the convenience facilities. However, amenities and bottled water are provided in an open water bottle, just business class. It was a hotel.

The quality of the hotel meets the price level. The room is clean and tidy. It is connected to the big shopping mall. No worries about shopping and food. The location is close to the main train station to Paris.

新裝修的，房間沒有異味，走廊稍有些板材味，房間舒適，裝修現代風，很fashion，工作人員主動安排嬰兒床，早飯美味，退房後偶遇工作人員，工作人員主動打招呼，很熱情，但建議booking訂房，更優惠

Fiquei desiludido porque mesmo quando disse que estava a celebrar uma data especial, nada fizeram...nem uma carta, nada. Pedi e paguei early check in, asseguraram-me que teria o quarto pronto as 11h e só as 12h é que tive o quarto. Pedi um dental kit, para além do custo absurdo de 6,50€ (quando na maioria dos hotéis é totalmente gratuito) ainda me disseram que se queria tinha que ir à recepçao que ninguém ia trazer ao quarto. O serviço e atendimento não é de todo de um hotel 4*. Na manhã do check out, abriram a porta do quarto 3x, uma delas eu estando no banho, ainda não eram 11h e o check out era apenas às 12h.
