Superb room and service. Friendly and understanding staff (especially the morning breakfas crew who came out to inform us the breakfast is ready).
Nice smart tv and provided heater/ fan on request.

I don't understand how this can be a 4 star hotel, honestly... What a waste of money.
There is absolutely no service, trip mentions a spa but there is none. Literally nothing but your small room in this hotel. Not even a nice smoking area, you basically just go outside the hotel, the street is filthy.
The room wasn't very clean, no bath, and you have to go to the reception to ask for a toothbrush !
The elevator is quite scary.
I feel this is so overpriced, i feel the standard in France used to be higher...
