Great location, in the heart of Lyon city center. Very clean room. Plenty of good restaurants just down the street and all around - and luckily its not not noisy at all in the room. The night shift receptionnist is friendly and nice. For a 4-star hotel, it would great if bottled water could be provided in the room although water refiller is available at the reception. But well, the fact is that 4-star hotels standard in Europe is definitely lower than Asia’s 4-star hotels.

15min walk from Lyon Part Dieu. Due to construction works, walking and dragging luggage became challenging and not as direct. There was a huge Westfield Mall where you can shop and dine. 10min walk to car rental office. There was a pickup area for us to load up luggage to our rental car just beside the hotel. Check-in process was a bliss. Staff was friendly. Sanitisers were always available. Room was relatively much smaller than Paris hotel. Barely enough space for 2x large luggage. Nevertheless, room was clean and dust-free. Toilet had decent space. Recommended for as a stopover hotel. Probably a night stay.

I had the misfortune to stay at this hotel for one night in May 2022 with my mom. At the arrival the receptionist is very nice, aknowledging the fact that we had already paid for the stay through a deal on booking. As the room was not ready yet, we leave for the city centre and as we come back in the afternoon, two other guys at the reception, barely speaking any English or French, hint that we had to pay for the stay. Somehow we manage to be understood and we only have to pay for the ”tax de sejour”. Let's speak about the rooms - I understand that this is an extremely basic hotel, but for the price paid one would at least expect a decent room. Well, this is definitely NOT the case. Rooms are tiny - literally. No hooks to hang clothes, no bathroom shelf, leaving the nice option to leave all your toiletries on the floor. The towels are two tiny towels that might be used to dry your mouth (maybe) after cleaning your teeth - hoping that the sink is not clogged and not fixed (as it was four our case, even after having promptly informed the reception). The TV has NO other channels if not French speaking - I understand we're in France, but haven't you heard of satellite? The AC does not refresh this tiny hole, and even in May, we had to sleep with our windows open not to suffocate What else to say if not: save your money and go else where, for that rate you can absolutely get better accomodation

Amazing Hostel/Hotel. The room was super spacious for a private twin bedroom, huge bathroom and super tidy and clean. Staff were inviting and informative. Kitchen facilities were great, however no oven. A few more utensils would have been great. Met some amazing travellers in common area. Didn't check out bar or restaurant as I was out most of the day/evening. Only negative was the hill to walk up from the city centre. But that is only a Minor negative

Traveling as a family of 3, we booked the Executive Suite with the terrace, a double bed and a convertible sofa bed. Our arrival around 1:00 a.m. went well, a call to the hotel the day before allowed us to learn the protocol to follow for late arrivals 👌🏼 The terrace was perfect for morning coffee, minus the coffee but I'll come back to that later. Breakfast (literally) available downstairs next to reception, in fact the ladies at reception were very friendly. Unfortunately, that's where the positives end; neither sheets nor covers could be found for the sofa bed, the mattress of the latter being very yellow I preferred to transform it back into a sofa and sleep that way although it has a large recess in the middle. No coffee machine in the Executive Suite, at least yes: there is a Nespresso in the central cupboard of the kitchenette but no capsule. Impossible to order anything via the application that they offer to scan either, nothing was available for the big day so you have to plan coffee for the next day? The shower handle is on a half-broken bracket but it works 🤷🏽♂️ Oh and I almost locked myself in the airlock trying to open the door for my father, since you need the card to have electricity, be careful with the magnetic card.

The hotel is on an industrial park outside the city but it’s very quick to get into the centre. The hotel feels very new, all the facilities were great and the rooms were spotlessly clean. Very comfortable beds. Good powerful shower and good air con. The breakfast which was included in our rate was very good. All staff were very pleasant. It’s linked to the Kyriad and you can easily walk to use their bar & pool table-they were playing all the premiership matches on the evening we were there much to my kids delight! Safe, good parking and all in all, an excellent, comfortable one night stay.

The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable. Room with a pleasant balcony. I strongly recommend this hotel.

What an excellent hotel. It was warm, clean, comfortable and the bed was divine. Also there was hardly any sound, it was so well sound proofed. I have to give special mention to the staff; whoever does the recruiting does it really well! We arrived around 20.00hrs at night and were greeted by Jordin and Lilly on reception. They were just wonderful, it was such a charming greeting, so friendly, warm and welcoming. We ate at the hotel as we were late and the lady on the bar was also lovely, sadly, I never got her name. It had been a long stressful day for us and the warm welcome and comfort was greatly appreciated. I don't think that I have ever been to a hotel that had such incredible staff, it really is 5* service. I would not fail to recommend this place to anyone and think it really good value for money. Thanks ladies for making our stay so special xxx

The location of the hotel is quiet, and there is a small lake outside the window, which is very small. Stayed temporarily for one night, not far from the city center, just ten minutes' drive away. The environment is very good, the scenery is good, and parking is free
