Sweet Suites Lytham

Great hotel!

Modern flat, spotlessly clean, in an excellent location right in the heart of St Annes. We had a great stay and would definitely come again.

Always a delight to return to Sweet Suites every June. The apartments are lovely, clean and the bed is super comfy. What made this trip different? We experienced problems with our car the morning we were due to leave. We let Emma at Sweet Suites know and immediately they extended our checkout time at no extra cost and said not to worry if we couldn't get the car off the drive till a bit later. We got it sorted quicker than expected, but knowing we were okay if it hadn't been made the whole thing less stressful. Thank you Sweet Suites, we always love staying, but this was above and beyond and we were so grateful.

Great location,fab amenities,close to the square but not noisy at all,short stroll to the beach. Fabulous king sized comfy bed, coffee pods ,tea,sugar,milk,biscuits and fresh fruit and water provided. Free on site parking. Daily housekeeping. Great little find! We will definitely be returning

These self-contained rooms are a value for money alternative to the many other, often past-their-best and over-priced, accommodation types on this part of the Fylde coast. The check-in process is fully automated, and the building in general and our room in particular was very secure. There is parking available outside the building, although the access from the road is a little uneaven, so be careful when swinging your car in from the road. The en-suite room was spacious and modern, with lots of storage space. The location is excellent for those who either want access to Blackpool but do not want to stay in the hubbub of the resort, or those who want a quieter stay on the coast. Both rail and bus services are frequent and within easy walking distance. One word of caution: we were in room 6 that was accessed by 2 flights of steep stairs, so if you have any mobility issues, I suggest asking for one of the ground floor rooms.

Thy provided me no bog roll the shower had ingress around the side likenitbwas not washed there where crumbs and bits of choclates left and the coffe machine did nit work which was very upsetting

Really good value, great location. Very comfortable and accommodation. I booked a late check out, which I could use when it came time to leave. The property refunded me the extra fee with out me even asking. I would highly recommend Sweet Suites

After looking at loads of reviews in Lytham and Blackpool so glad i booked here. Really lovely stay. The apartment was bright clean and modern. It was well equipped amd had everything we needed. The bed was big and really comfortable with great pillows. Communication and security were also brilliant. Highly recommend!

Fantastic place to stay. Spotlessly clean and some nice touches such as complementary teas, coffe's sweets, fruit, milk and water. Plenty of places to eat and drink nearby. The trawl boat Inn (Wetherspoons) can come highly recommended, nice ales and breakfast in the morning was superb. Lovely log burner so very homely. Just literally a three minute walk from the apartment.
