Just returned after two nights staying with family. The hotel is an absolute gem of a place occupying a sea front position. Rooms were very comfortable, extremely clean and had the addition of a coffee maker as well as a kettle. Breakfast is continental style however is very extensive including boiled eggs, meat, cheeses, fruit salads, cereals, pastries. Renata on reception is such a lovely, kind and helpful person. Nothing is too much trouble. We will definitely be returning for another stay.

Nice little hotel close to all amenities. Clean rooms serviced daily. Good continental style breakfast served from 7am -10am. Lovely Lounge with bar on site overlooking the promenade. 2minutes walk to the beach and pier with seafront amenities. 5 minutes walk to town centre for shops,bars and restaurants.also frequent buses to Blackpool and Lytham.

Booked a last minute night away and found the Mode to be an excellent choice , the room was clean , modern and the bed was comfortable. The location is spot on for walking to all local restaurants . We didn't have breakfast as we were meeting friends for an early lunch but it looked very nice . We will definitely be returning.

Small boutique hotel. We stayed in room 7, room with a view and a balcony.
Great service and customer friendly approach. Nice touches included nesspreso coffee maker, free parking, big umbrella to use during the stay, close to sea!

Way too restrictive in terms of checkin and particularly checkout. Just want to get £15 out of you. Would not stay there again even though will be visiting the area a lot over next few months
