Exceptional service from start to finish, Jasmine was an excellent hostess nothing was to much trouble.
The location was superb with ample parking and convenient for walking dogs on nearby beach, easy access to Whitby, Staithes and Saltburn by Sea.
The rating of 10 Exceptional couldn't be more accurate, and to top it off the breakfasts are to die for, great work team keep it up 👌

Lovely staff
Lovely hotel tucked away nice and quiet. Nice and clean and the facilities were good. Complimentary breakfast was delicious. Staff faultless.
We would definitely stay again and recommend to family and friends

Friendly welcone. Our room was fabulous, great facilities and a comfy bed. Breakfast was delicious, lots of choice and dietary requirements well catered for. We'd love to stay again.

Superb Welcome, Friendly Young couple that manage Mulgrave County Cottage. Superb sized beautifully decorated bedroom.. clean , spacious and warm.. Breakfast included was fresh and tasty Thank you to you both! Beautiful grounds and lovely walks towards Sandsend Coast
