Je suis extrêmement déçu par mon séjour dans cet hôtel. L’accueil était loin d’être chaleureux et le personnel manquait clairement de professionnalisme et de courtoisie. Les chambres étaient dans un état déplorable, avec des équipements défectueux et une propreté douteuse. De plus, la plomberie de la salle de bain ne fonctionnait pas correctement et le climatiseur était hors service, les chaînes tv fonctionnent pas, pas de petit déjeuner et pas de petites lumieres près du lit. Je ne recommande absolument pas cet établissement. NB : WiFi Et Ascenseur ne marche pas

As soon as we arrived at this hotel, the guy at reception gave us the room keys. We went up to the fourth floor and discovered that the room we had been assigned was occupied (luckily there was no one in it but there were clothes and other personal things). After pointing this out and changing rooms, we enter what was supposed to be our room. Apparently nice and tidy, we find a hair in the toilet. It doesn't matter (although it does matter!!!)... we take the towels to shower and they were wet and dirty. Wet shower and with the cap of a shower gel inside. Seemingly clean sheets had many stains. In the morning we wake up and find a cockroach or something similar on the floor. We were supposed to stay two nights but we didn't dare. We ran away.
