Bij aankomst in de kamer bleek de kamer nog niet te zijn schoongemaakt en verder klaargemaakt. . Helemaal geen excuses oid. Hygiëne was slecht. Veel dingen in de kamer verouderd of niet compleet. Bij uitchecken mochten we nog even extra toeristenbelasting betalen, terwijl we dat vooraf al hadden gedaan. Er werd hierbij gezegd dat de tarieven verhoogd waren. Ik heb meegedeeld dat ik het nogal gewaagd vond om dat te vragen, ook omdat het een eigen fout was en verder omdat de service (zie bovenstaand) echt slecht was. Ik heb het geweigerd en heb toen het hotel verlaten.

Doorgezakt matras en keihard kussen. Kamer somber donker ingericht. Schoonmaak kleine voldoende. Het certificaat luxe kamer verdiend het niet. Beetje gedateerd. Ligging goed centraal.bus stopt voor de deur, vanaf c.s. 15 minuten lopen. Vriendelijke receptie, prima ontbijt.

Das Zimmer war sehr dreckig, die Gardinen teilweise heruntergerissen. Auch das angebotene Ersatzzimmer wies entsprechende Mängel auf. Die Rezeption war von freundlichen, aber ungeschulten und somit überforderten Personal besetzt.
Wir haben das Zimmer nicht in Anspruch genommen. Keine Weiterempfehlung!

In eerste instantie hadden ze dd kamer prijzen om hoog gegooid ivm dat Andre Rieu concerten gaf .als t****e wilden ze me in een kleine hoek kamertje proppen . Terwijl im een luxe kamer had geboekt na me bezwaar te hebben gemaakt werd er na enig overleg me een kamer toegewezen waar ik voor betaald had .verder is het een goed hotel met als je ze krijgt grote kamers . Het ontbijt was perfect verzorgd.

Het raam kon niet dicht ( kiepstand) waardoor er veel geluid van buiten te horen was. Gevraagd aan de receptie of het raam dicht kan want er is geen manier om het zelf te doen. Zou geregld worden maar toen wij 's nachts op de kamer kwamen was het raam nog steeds open.
