The hotel is two minutes' walk from the long-distance railway station, and the bus terminal is also next to the railway station, so the traffic is very convenient. The hotel room is not big, but it is neat and clean, and the room is cleaned every day. The hotel provides free coffee, tea and hot water throughout the day. Breakfast is simple, with hot and cold food. The hotel is a self-check in, but the staff will help. The downside is that there is no restaurant on site for catering. The hotel environment is quiet, it is recommended to stay for two to three days.

If you're looking for a good night's sleep in Maastricht, look no farther than the Townhouse Hotel. Right around the corner from the train station and a lovely walk across the footbridge over the river Maas to the city center, the location is outstanding. The onsite spa is small but the treatments and experience are excellent.

Schönes Hotel in guter Lage
Parkgarage vorhanden
Zu Fuß in 10-15min an der zentralen Brücke über die Maas und auch nur 5min zum Bahnhof

We were very pleased with the hotel in the beautifull city of Maastricht. Nice and clean rooms, very good parking services and friendly staff. We also liked the 'living room' where you can sit nicely and have a drink.

Prachtig, goed verzorgd hotel. Het personeel is heel vrolijk, behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Niets is teveel. Ontbijt heel uitgebreid, zeer veel keuze en goed. Hele goede bedden en de locatie is prima. Zeer goed verblijf!

This is not a design hotel. Our room is basic, some of the art consists of metal trays with lines of paint screwed to the wall. There is barely any storage (one drawer and four hangers on an open wardrobe approx 60cm in width). The courtyard room faces out onto the roof of the building below and the fire escape. In addition it faces fencing approx 1m or so away from the window, The room couldn’t be any more beige if they tried. We paid over €150 a night, breakfast is an additional €21 per person per day…and there are no tea/coffee facilities in the room. You can get hot drinks in receptions though. The picture of the item of furniture with the coat hangers in this review represents the total amount of storage available. This is without doubt the most ridiculous room I have ever stayed in terms of useful storage for 2 people. The hotel is fine, basic, clean, dull rooms but misrepresented and very overpriced in our opinion. The glass of cava and cup of soup on arrival is tokenistic, don’t let it persuade you this is a design led and customer focused experience. A nice example of overpromised and underdelivered.
