Location is a double-edged sword. Having a balcony overlooking the grote markt/stadhuis is only nice during the day. Sleeping with all the noise was difficult but overall still possible. The rooms appear to have not been renovated in a while and the hallways were quite dirty. A huge plus is the food, as the restaurant is much better and has many options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner

This one one of those 'I booked completely by chance but found a gem' reviews. I was only staying for a night on the way to the Classic at Spa but wished I was staying longer. I don't think I've ever had such a warm, genuine and friendly welcome at a hotel. Everyone I met was delightful. Great food, great beer and a great bed. I'd happily spend a lot more time sitting on the terrace with a glass or two watching Maastricht go by. A definite 'recommended'.

Leider uberzeugt hier nur die lage des Hotels. Service und Sauberkeit schlecht. Die Matratzen sind alt, weich und durchgelegen, man spűrt jede Feder im Rűcken!

Super breakfast, prix plus que raisonnable et établissement remplie de charme personnel au top. Je le recommande. En plein centre de la ville que demander de plus accès facile à toutes les activités au alentours et pas loin des grand centre commercial

The location of the hotel is its best attribute. Even the walk to the train station is nice.

The location is hard to beat, but the elevator smelled terrible, the rooms were small, the bathrooms small, the beds were ok but not great for couples.the hallway also had the vague smell of urinal cake. Also, avoid the hotel breakfast at all costs.

Badkamer geen privacy omdat glazen deuren enorme kieren had rondom en veel te rumoerig aan ‘markt’ kant. Niet te doen in zomer omdat deuren door enorme geluidsoverlast avond/nacht niet open kunnen en kamer daardoor te heet is. Dus of niet slapen of je bed uit drijven. Wc ruimte biedt onvoldoende privacy ivm glazen deur met kieren. Uiterst oncomfortabel hierdoor. Van ellende dag eerder naar huis gegaan.
