Wir haben 3 Nächste für 370€ im Zimmer 306 verbracht und es war dreckig und das Bad schimmelig. Des Weiteren ist dieses Hotel extrem hellhörig. Das habe ich so noch nie erlebt. Obwohl wir um ein sauberes und ruhigeres Zimmer gebeten haben, ist nichts passiert. Mein Mann hat Asthma, weshalb es für uns besonders wichtig war. Beim Checkout wurde uns gerade mal 10% Rabatt gegeben aufgrund der Unannehmlichkeiten mit dem Schimmel. Ich musste einen Zettel unterschreiben und da stand drauf „Zimmer nicht sauber“. Vom Schimmel wurde nichts erwähnt. Absolutes NO GO und unter solchen Umständen erwarte ich einen höheren Nachlass ODER die Entfernung des Schimmels. Ich kann dieses Hotel nicht empfehlen und werde dies bei der zuständigen Behörde melden.

Pleasant stay, great location. Beds were comfortable and the shower was nice. Having aircon was great cause it was quite warm those days.

Ik raad het personeel aan om zelf eens te gaan overnachten in het hotel. Het is ontzettend gehorig. Wij hebben heel veel overlast gehad ten aanzien van de bovenburen die in hun kamer heen en weer liepen. Medegasten die een kopje koffie op de kamer zette en medegasten die gingen douchen. Werkelijk alles was luid en duidelijk te verstaan. Misschien standaard oordoppen op het nachtkastje leggen. Ontbijtbuffet was prima met zeer ruime keuzes. Jammer dat de jus d'oranje niet vers was. Bedden lagen prima, airco was prima evenals de badkamer. Housekeeping kan meer allert zijn op het aanvullen van koffie gedurende een langer verblijf. Personeel was afstandelijk, geen goedenmorgen, -middag, -avond gehoord gedurende ons verblijf. De ligging is helemaal top. 4 sterren? Wordt niet op service beoordeeld. Prijs/ kwaliteit mwah.

Hotel verdiend geen 4 sterren -zeer gehorig - niet schoon, zelfs haren in bed - airco maakte een herrie zelfs als hij uitstond - afvoer gehorig als ze boven je gingen douchen hoorde je het water lopen.

We stayed for 2 nights paying over 200€ per night without breakfast. What we got was a tiny room with brocken window shades, brocken toilet brush, dirty armchair with lots of stains on it. On the top of it the cleaning lady left her used gloves on our cosmetic products. The receptionist was not really helpful in offering any solution. She looked not really motivated, kind of tired and stressed. This was my birthday weekend, I highly NOT RECOMMEND this place. Totally overpriced hotel with poor service. Bad value for money.

leuk hotel in een rustige straat en toch heel dicht bij het centrum. Ontbijt uitgebreid met genoeg keuze. Airco op de kamer die je makkelijk zelf kan instellen. Was een genot om in een koele kamer te komen omdat het buiten heel warm was op dat moment . Helaas had de tv een aantal zenders die niet werkten had daar gelijk een melding van gemaakt maar is niet verholpen. Ook was het arrangement er niet wat mij beloofd was.

Fine hotel, good location, friendly people, beds were good a bit too hard in my opinion. Breakfast was great! Much choice. A bit noisy from neighbours and outside. The shower needs to have a refresh because it's a bit old.

Moderne accomodatie in hartje Maastricht. Hele fijne ligging, 2 min lopen van de Markt af. Je kan zelf inchecken en uitchecken, dus dat is ideaal. Nette, schone kamers en in t algemeen gwn mooie uitstraling. Enige minpuntjes: contact met personeel was beetje onpersoonlijk en ze kwamen niet heel geïnteresseerd over en wel heel gehorig in de kamer. Maar, zou er zeker naar teruggaan.

Fijne tijd gehad in het Mabi hotel in Maastricht. Mooie kamer voorzien van airco en een fijn bed. Vriendelijk personeel en een heerlijke ontbijt service. Al met al een aanrader en zeker een hotel waar wij terug zouden komen.
