Hotel description should be exact so that person booking is well informed. There are 2 properties right beside each other, an old building with dated rooms and a property with new and modern rooms.

The new royce hotel is definitely a nice and posh hotel.
Every staff was nice and courteous.
One comment i have is that the elevator is slow.

This is our 3rd time to book. We keep coming back because of the whole ambiance of the hotel! Everything is so new and clean with exceptional service from the staff. We especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet due to the wide selection of food.

They say the new building is nice, but the old building has old facilities and is a bit uncomfortable. However, the price is good for the price, and the transportation is convenient. The staff is relatively friendly.
