Mais uma estadia num hotel que mantém um nível de qualidade acima dos seus pares. De longe, o melhor hotel de Macaé sempre mantendo padrão de limpeza, atendimento e receptividade durante a estadia. Voltarei.

Excellent location for those who will work in offshore companies, good parking but yet discovered in the ground located in front of the hotel, comfortable and quiet rooms with a freezer supplied, wifi available, great breakfast, small but easy access lift also by stairs, clean and organized environment, educated and careful team, appropriate cost, restaurants nearby and also in the hotel.

We arrived Friday night. From the day we arrived has been fantastic. Animation team are so friendly and get you involved in everything. This hotel has been one off our favourites. Shows at night are good and games after. Rooms are huge and very clean. Pools are lovely and clean. Only few minutes taxi into town if you want a change. All staff at hotel can’t do enough for you.

The team at the Comfort Suites Macaé is simply excellent. They maintain high standards to make your stay relaxing and easy. At one point, they managed to open the gym to suit my crazy schedule. Other highlights: the breakfast room on the top floor where you have the impression that you are hovering over the beach. Too cool. My room's view from the balcony was pretty magical too. For someone who is Nordic to gaze at a tropical beach every morning in March receives an extremely high score. In addition, the reception staff were a key to me feeling looked after as my Portuguese is rather at the naissant phase. :) They always had a friendly greeting for me. Thanks to them, it was my home away from home for a month and I hope ever so much to return there.

The Royal is very easy to evaluate, because the good service is already beginning at the reception, which has a fantastic team led by Junior (a wonderful person). The restaurant is wonderful with a team led by Chef José Bahia and his team of boys who give comments , both in the morning and in the evening . It has the maintenance team that is always ready to attend and not count the servants and governants who are very sympathetic , congratulations to Manager Rafael who has managed to meet an excellent team with Larissa , Claudia and others that 👏👏👏👏 . , thank everyone for the care and attention

My husband works in Macao and then I decided to visit, to meet the city and then I chose the paradise to stay. Because it was the sea side and had a wonderful view of the pool (with infinite edge), however, when we arrived at the hotel, when we picked up the lift, one said that the pool, academy and sauna were not working. I did the stay just for the pool, because I had a little baby and couldn't go to the sea. Deception. We were not even informed at the check-in. Otherwise we were looking for another!
