Puri Sari Beach Hotel Reviews

The environment was originally quite good (this was the only independent hotel that was accessible by car before and after). I participated in the Komodo Dragon Tour on the 13th, and rested in the hotel on the night of the 13th and the whole day of the 14th. As a result, **** broke out at 11 pm on the 14th. The meal details and evidence chain of the whole trip were complete. I went to the hospital for an IV drip on the 15th. I was so exhausted that I couldn't stand. The doctor's certificate was ****. The hotel refused to admit that I had dinner at the hotel and turned black and white, saying that I participated in the tour on the 14th. After communicating with Ctrip, the hotel only compensated for one meal. Ctrip's attitude was very good and the communication was good. I didn't blame the platform. The manager's attitude was extremely bad throughout the process, and he broke the dirty water on me even though the evidence was obvious. I will continue to complain about this hotel to the Indonesian Tourism Bureau

I went to a hotel on Komodo Island and booked it because the family villa was relatively spacious and affordable, so I didn’t have high expectations. However, I was quite pleasantly surprised after going there. It is two one-bedroom villas connected in the middle, with a kingsize bed on one side and two large single beds on the other. Each has a large bathroom that does not interfere with the other, and the bathroom has a spa feel. It is an environmentally friendly hotel. A large glass bottle of water is provided in the room, which is filled every day. After drinking, you can go to the restaurant or the front desk to pick up the water yourself. The breakfast buffet is basically enough. You can make all kinds of eggs, waffles and pancakes, bread, fruits, vegetables, fish, meat, chicken, fried rice and noodles, juice, milk and cereal. Basically everything you need is there. Breakfast is served at 6 o'clock. We set off on the day trip at 6:30 and had time to go to the restaurant for breakfast. If you leave earlier, you can order a breakfast box the night before. The restaurant is outdoors on the seaside, with good scenery and many mosquitoes. The meals are not expensive, with both Western and local flavors. The local food is quite cheap, and the Western food is not expensive either. The taste is quite satisfactory and quite clean. We had dinner at the hotel for several days and drank drinks with ice cubes. There were no gastrointestinal problems. There will be live music at 7 p.m. The hotel has a small swimming pool with shallow water on one side and deep water on the other. The deep side is 1.8 meters, which is enough for children to play. It's quite far from the town, only 3km in fact, but it's not that convenient for shopping. During the day, the travel agency includes pick-up and drop-off for activities in the mountains and sea, so it feels okay. We will ask the driver to stop at the entrance of the supermarket when he takes us back to the hotel in the afternoon to buy some things we need. The hotel drop-off for the last day at the airport cost 75k, which was cheaper than the driver outside, who charged 100k. Recommended for families with children, it may be a bit boring for young people.

I have stayed in many hotels at home and abroad. This is the first time I have encountered a hotel without TV or Wi-Fi. This forces the guests to go to bed after dark, and the sheets are stained. I asked them to change them now. I can’t even squeeze out the toothpaste.

The environment is very good, clean and the bathroom is large and convenient for washing. There is a beach behind and the sunset is beautiful.

what a fantastic hotel. originally only booked the first two nights of a two week flores tour. but it was so good, that we booked our whole stay. staff and restaurant fantastic and relaxed. just an oasis i. a busy little city. absolutely bent over backwards to change some room dates. when i got bali belly. and had to rejig some tours. will definitely stay here again.

Out of 9 hotels that we stayed in travelling around Bali and Flores this was the best. Stayed 3 nights in 2 deluxe rooms which were very large with big comfy beds , big bathrooms - no bath but excellent shower - and good aircon. Grounds are well maintained and pool is a good size in relation to size of hotel. Hotel is right on the beach with seating great for watching the sunset although the water doesn't look too clean and we didn't see anyone swimming in it. Staff are helpful and friendly and there is a clean water dispenser at reception which always had cold water. Outdoor restaurant area is very attractive and a very good pianist played every night during our stay. Good buffet breakfast. Evening meals were ok and very reasonably priced for such a nice hotel and surroundings but vegetarian options are limited and we did have better food in some other (not so good) Flores hotels. Road outside hotel has a decent pavement all the way into town and is great for a morning run or walk.

The hotel is set a short car ride from Labuan Bajo town - just about walkable to town. The place is absolutely gorgeous. The villas and rooms are set well spaced around a lovely garden with criss-crossing paths, trees and plants. The room we had was massive with an enormous bed and a huge bathroom with both shower and bath. It was clean and comfortable with a fridge, AC, sofa and desk. The beach bar and restaurant serves up a mixture of indonesian and western food - everything we had was yummy. The beach to the hotel is gorgeous and an amazing place just to sit and watch the sunset.

We did not stay here long enough! We used this as a step off for our trip to Komodo Island and wish we had allowed more time to enjoy Puri Sari and Flores itself. Staff were so lovely and helpful. The room was sensational - best room of a 3 week trip around Indonesia 🇮🇩 Food was great in the restaurant and even had a bit of entertainment with some live music. The sunset was gorgeous. Staff made sure the beach was clear of litter, although there were very few sunbeds on the beach anyway! (we were off season!) The sea was super warm, as was the pool! The hotel is pretty secluded for other options to eat or drink in the evening, but this made no odds to us.

Very beautiful, serene and clean. Located next to the beach. Friendly and helpful staff. Their restaurant is also nice and price is very reasonable. I also like their "no-plastic" policy which keeps our environment clean. Highly recommend!

Beautiful gardens (always being manicured) and clean pool with beach-front restaurant. Amazing fish dish (tenggiri samba matah). Staff always eager to help. We thoroughly enjoyed a restful couple of days there. Good sized room with balcony.

Good Hotel with large garden and open Area, we spent 3 days on this Hotel after suggested by our tour agency. Nice and friendly staff. Room, shower and everything was good. We had really good times dtay on this hotel. Thank you guys

We spent one week staying in the Puri Sari as part of a diving holiday and thoroughly enjoyed our stay, thank you guys. A quite large and open hotel, situated a 5/10 minute drive from the town centre we were greeted and shown to our large, spacious and comfortable room with a large double bed and large bathroom/shower. All was very clean and we had all the usual accessories (coffee, clothes rack, safe, bug repellent, laundry basket and fresh water). A short walk through the gardens and fish pond took us to the swimming pool and spacious bar/restaurant where light music was played each evening. The European and Indonesian style food was excellent and served by friendly efficient staff who were always keen to help, they were all great. Breakfast provided fresh omelettes, noodles, breads etc. Finally another short walk brought you to the beach, and while It is cleaned and maintained daily, we found that plastics and other debris soon washed ashore despite the best efforts of hotel staff… and if you walked beyond the hotel limits the litter became much worse. A sad reflection on the state of global oceans and plastic pollution. We all must stop discarding rubbish into our seas! Moving one, we had a great stay here and all for a reasonable price. Located by the beach in Flores. Nice hotel, good sized rooms. Comfy beds and a/c. Well appointed bathrooms with good shower. Pool in the grounds with loungers. Restaurant has nice staff and good breakfast and dinner options.

Really lovely garden, beach view from the restaurant and nice size swimming pool. Food is typically Indonesian plus some western choices plus cocktails, mocktails and beer. The staff are very service oriented. The staff clean up the beach every day but adjacent areas have litter.
