Grand Hyatt Macau

The hotel is located within City of Dreams. The guest room was clean, tidy, and spacious, offering views of the Macau International Airport and Wynn Palace right from the room. The night view of Wynn Palace in the evening is absolutely stunning.

The room is very spacious and clean, right next to the Wynn Fountain. The bathtub is by the window, creating a great ambiance. There were no strange odors in the room, and the lobby is beautiful...

The suite layout is fantastic, and the high bar counter is perfect for in-room dining and working. Part of the room features wooden flooring, which is great for practicing yoga—a huge plus for someone like me who doesn't want to go to the gym for it. The hotel's second floor is directly connected to the light rail station, making it extremely convenient. The only area for improvement is during check-in: I handed both my husband's ID and mine to the front desk agent for registration, but later found out they failed to register my husband. As a result, when he forgot his room card one day and went to the front desk for a replacement, he was told his information wasn't on file and I had to go down to pick him up.

The rooms at Grand Hyatt Macau are very spacious. The oversized bathtub faces the window, allowing you to enjoy the beautiful view outside while soaking. The service is excellent; if you need water or anything else, the staff will deliver it promptly after a phone call. Although the hotel has been around for a while, it's well-maintained and generally clean. There are plenty of dining options in the food court downstairs. For transportation to the airport or ferry terminal, there's a bus to the left of the lobby. MGM and The Londoner are directly across the street, and Wynn Palace is also nearby, making getting around very convenient. I highly recommend staying here.

I'm so satisfied with this trip! This time, my main purpose for visiting Macau was to relax and escape the hustle and bustle. I spent most of my time at the hotel, enjoying its facilities, dining, swimming, and getting spa treatments. I only visited one attraction per day, embracing a slow, leisurely pace. It was very enjoyable and relaxing! The hotel's location is extremely convenient, right next to the Cotai East Light Rail station. Many thanks to the Club Lounge team for their thoughtful hospitality. I look forward to visiting again next time!

The dynamic fountain at Wynn Palace is definitely the biggest highlight, and the breakfast is abundant and delicious. The location is also very convenient.

The location is fantastic. From the airport, you can take the Light Rapid Transit (LRT) for two stops to Cotai East Station, Exit A, which leads directly into the hotel. Alternatively, you can take the City of Dreams shuttle bus. The hotel offers a quiet retreat amidst the hustle and bustle—it's peaceful inside, yet extremely convenient for shopping and getting around. It is very close to The Londoner, The Venetian, The Parisian, Wynn Palace, and MGM. To get to Galaxy Macau, you can take the LRT for five stops to Pai Kok Station, or simply walk across through The Venetian. Pai Kok Station also provides easy access to Taipa Village (Pak Tai Temple / Rua do Cunha). Getting around the Taipa area is truly convenient. We stayed in a Grand Hyatt suite facing the Wynn Palace fountain. It wasn't noisy, and the room's soundproofing was quite good. The facilities feel a bit dated and lack modern features, such as a smart toilet or electric curtains, but they are well-maintained. The bedding was clean and very comfortable. We booked a non-smoking room on a non-smoking floor, and smoking control is handled well here—there was practically no cigarette smell. The executive lounge even thoughtfully arranged an air purifier for us. Such a considerate touch! Breakfast offered a great variety, with plenty of choices at the congee and noodle station, and everything tasted quite good. The lounge food options were consistently good, more than enough to have a satisfying meal. The service throughout the entire hotel was exceptional—warm, attentive, and thorough. A highly recommended hotel.

The room was excellent and very spacious. The mini-bar was restocked daily, so there was no need to buy drinks or water in Macau. The cleaning staff were also very diligent and kept the room spotless. They even allowed me a late check-out due to my ferry schedule. I will definitely stay here again.
