Hotel is having renovation, so abit unconvience. However hotel security & staff is helpful. They are always there to show direction. Room is clean.

Warm welcoming, good Concierge service, good room service/cleaning, good smile, free water, free mini bar stuffs. Gave advice for the tour/trip. Will choose this hotel again if go Macau again in future.

Room was clean and tidy. Very comfortable to stay here, staffs are friendly and helpful. Will stay again in future! Looking forward for my next stay.

The price wsa reasonable. The staffs working were very friendly. I would recommend this hotel.

Great location. Walking distance to most of the tourist spots.

Be aware there is no sitting area to wait in the lobby area for the west wing. There is a separate lobby area for the east wing. Rooms are nice. Not a full size bath. Taxi line is located on the north side, and 3 different bus stops are one the remaining sides; the one on the east side is across the street and has the fewest routes stopping through. Shuttles located on the southeast corner. Note that there are 3 Lisboa hotels: Hotel Lisboa, Grand Lisboa (across the street), and Grand Lisboa Palace (another island)

I stayed here on the recommendation of a friend. It is located within an easy walk to many places and also near several bus stops.

Amazing experience at Hotel Lisboa. The hotel gave us a free upgrade and also helped provide vegetarian eating options around. The manager was kind enough to escort us to our room and explain about the history of the hotel and various sightseeing spots in Macao. There were also considerate to provide free fruit bowl and non alcoholic drinks in mini bar. The hotel is at a very accessible location and is the first five star hotel in Macau. The security also were very helpful to guide us with directions and suggestions around. Least but not the least, the hotel also provided us concierge to keep our bags after checkout to ensure smooth travel and escorted us to bus stop in heavy rains. Really value going the extra mile, definitely considering Lisboa hotel for our next stay.

Although my friend doesn't like this antique style of hotel, I insist in staying and enjoying my stay! It's old fashioned but has been well-maintained. It's very convenient to the Grand Lisboa and also to other famous tourist attractions. The staff are friendly and helpful as well.

The location is great! There is a bus stop nearby the hotel. Hotel shuttle bus service is available. It is a MUST try on the Hotel Lisboa bakery shop. 👍👍👍

The hotel is advertised as a major landmark in the city, however, I found it not too tourist friendly. Communication was very difficult, especially at the restaurant, which food selections were also limited. Rooms were very spacious and comfortable, but a bit smelly.

Service was great and the check-in and check-in experiences were very seamless. Staffs were super helpful and friendly. The family suite is huge, spacious, clean and comfortable. The fruits, drinks and snacks are complimentary which is a plus point. The bakery shop inside the hotel sells amazing and fresh pastries and coffees at affordable prices. There are free shuttle buses available to go to the airport. Most importantly, there are multiple bus stops at the entrance of the hotel which will go to The Venetian, Taipa Village, Coloane Village and many more. It is also within walking distance to Senado Square and Ruins of St Paul. Highly recommended to go for this hotel when visiting Macau.

Our room were upgraded upon checkin. All staffs were friendly and they took the trouble to lead us to our room and explained to us everything. We were checking out on the bus service to HK and they even took the trouble to bring us all the way to the bus terminal station.

No sittings in the lobby, it is a non users friendly setting that customers are not welcome to stay or take a break at lobby area.
