Everything was fine until I checked out, I checked out and asked to store our bags because my flight wasn't until 4pm. Soon after, I remembered that I had forgotten my cell phone charger in the room socket. I informed the receptionist and got the answer that they didn't find anything in the room?? I asked to go up and when I got to the room there was a lady who identified herself as responsible for checking the room and said to my face that she hadn't found anything!!! So the cell phone charger disappeared like magic??? Look, it was just a charger and what if it was something more valuable?? I will never go to this hotel again nor do I recommend it.

A major difficulty for the hotel is not having its own parking lot or having agreements with nearby parking lots.

The location of the hotel is very good, right in the center of Pajuçara and you can do everything on foot. Ok room and super comfortable bed. Room cleanliness ok, but products could be used to make it smell better. Very good breakfast, with several options. The employees who take care of this part are very attentive and charismatic. Some reception staff are not at all friendly and welcoming. They need to learn to pay more attention and be more charismatic with the customers/tourists who stay at the hotel. At reception they could have at least a little coffee for customers, but the only coffee available is paid and costs +-R$3.50. On the terrace they have a nice space and a jacuzzi, but to our surprise it cost R$50 per hour. And obviously, because it's so expensive, no one ends up using it.

Hotel well located and clean. Small room, bathroom stall almost impossible to move around in so small, very average breakfast, not many parking spaces. We didn't use the pool, but it was just a very narrow lane. We only stayed one night, as we were going to another hotel the next day in Japaratinga. I wouldn't stay there again.

I was bitten by an insect in bed while I was sleeping, I found the insect and it looked like a bedbug, I had an allergic reaction and ended up in medical care at Unimed. When I reported the incident to the hotel, I was treated with complete disregard, they didn't even want to change my room, terrible service. I changed hotels and they didn't want to refund the unused nights. The room and bathroom are small and dark. In 20 years as a travel agent, and countless trips, I have never had an experience as bad as this.

The only good thing is the location! I stayed for 5 nights, and from the second night onwards the shower had problems, it wouldn't heat up. They came to check and found the problem, but there was no other room available, so we had to take a cold shower. Very small room and tiny bathroom. Breakfast without variety with stale bread. Think carefully before staying at this hotel, look for other options. If I were to summarize my stay, it would be disappointment!!!

We made the reservation through **********, which informed us that we requested a double bed in the triple room, our first night was in 2 single beds (the hotel staff reported that they had not received the information about the bed). Hotel does not provide drinking water points. Despite these two points, we had a good stay, comfortable room, spacious bathroom, good breakfast and welcoming staff.
