The hotel has been very well-ready to our expectations. wide and comfortable rooms. All clean corridors. Staff are exceptional! You need to improve the process and check-in space, as well as the breakfast area seemed small for the hotel size, but I would certainly host again.

A equipe do hotel é simplesmente maravilhosa!!!! Tanto os da recepção como os que trabalhavam na cozinha e na arrumação dos quartos. A localização é perfeita , próximo de um dos melhores restaurantes de Maceió, o BODEGA DO SERTÃO, com a vantagem de que se você está hospedado no Saint Patrick tem direito a um desconto no referido restaurante. Pessoas acolhedoras, o Pedro, se não me engano o nome dela é Day Gday não me lembro muito bem🤣🤣 e tem o Benício pensa numa simpatia, dedicado comunicativo prestativo, e tinha um outro não me lembro do nome só sei que ele fica responsável por uma ala importante ☺️ de lençóis novos, gente fina também, enfim a equipe toda, quarto muito bom, café da manhã excelente, só na recepção que achei um pouco abafado, se tivesse um ar condicionado lá iria melhorar muito também para os funcionários ali presente ☺️mas tirando isso tudo de bom, a piscina ótima, obrigada equipe do Ritz Plaza mar.

Staff was plain rude and aggressive. Same staff members deliberately made me feel uncomfortable every single day of my stay. Twin beds (two single beds) were ridiculously small (narrow) despite the huge size of the room which could easily accommodate four double beds. Staff never seems to clean the roof top swimming pool, as the water is just disgusting. I have found it particularly hypocrite taking so many Covid precautions at the breakfast room and then eveybody is coughing and spitting and cleaning their noses in the same tiny pool and nobody seems to care. They have built in a gigantic closet in the room but did not leave any cloth hangers. Housekeeping starts cleaning activities very early, and they make a lot of noise, don’t expect to sleep until late. There is no noise isolation. Literally constantly you will hear door-banging and furniture-dragging noises. Breakfast is OK but too many guests and way too much noise. Resuming: this hotel is NOT a good choice if you are looking to relax. Actually you may happen leave more nervous and tense than when you arrived.

Everything's fine, but the breakfast. I really suggest to improve it especially the coffee, which has too much water in it. Despite that, this hotel is great to spend some days and enjoy the beach. Rooms, attendents, cleaning and location are awesome !!

**Experiência decepcionante no hotel em Maceió** ”Olá, gostaria de compartilhar minha experiência negativa com o hotel onde me hospedei durante minha viagem a Maceió, adquirida através da CVC. O hotel se apresentava como três estrelas, mas não correspondeu a esse padrão. Avalio como uma estrela O café da manhã era de péssima qualidade( pão e bolos secos, serviam ricota em vez de queijo branco, pouca variedade , não tinha nem um item em que se pode falar “ Nossa que gostoso” muito frustrante) e o quarto estava em condições lamentáveis: mal cuidado,A roupa de cama não era trocada diariamente( fiquei 2 dias em o lençol de cima só com a colcha de cama)e os toaletes estavam em condições insatisfatórias. ( azulejos do banheiro sujo) Além disso, o barulho constante das arrumadeiras e hóspedes mal educados pela manhã (07hs)dificultava qualquer chance de descanso. Era impossível dormir até mais tarde, o que é essencial durante as férias. Acredito que é importante alertar outros viajantes sobre essa experiência, pois o hotel não atende ao que promete, paguem um pouco mais e não acreditem em 3 estrelas muitas vezes essa classificação não existe!! Ou stay at Ponta Verde hotel met all our expectations. The staff was exceptional and the accommodation was superb. We highly recommend this hotel. The food was also good especially the breakfast. Actually we don’t have nothing negative to express.

My husband and I came here for our honeymoon! Service was wonderful, the breakfast was large with a good variety. The hotel is directly across the street from the beach and within walking distance of several awesome northeastern restaurants! We felt very safe in this location!

It is a beautiful place located right in front of one of the most beautiful stretches of quite, safe, amazing beaches. The welcome of Enrico and Camilla is genuinely friendly, the all team and their daughters all contribute to ensure the Water front guests a pleasant, relaxing stay. And they succeed! They also run the house restaurant that caters breakfast lunch and dinner by the pool or served foot on the beach. Wifi is consistent and all areas are very well served, cleaning is detailed and views are stunning Good place for a weekend or for long stays , during the pandemic we found this place to be the perfect hidden gem to relax, work and take the most of the beach life

Right off the beach, with great views of the Atlantic Ocean, exclusive beach access, two swimming pools are also available. Breakfast and Dinner were included. The food was excellent, and the amenities were comprehensive with a children's center, gym, and spa all on site. Many of the friendly staff speak good English with a fascination for American guests. It's right near some excellent shopping in the city. Airport transfers are easy and the city itself is picturesque with a mix of styles ranging from colonial to modern. Our room was a little tired but was clean and well kept, and they are renewing the accommodations room by room so they can keep the revenue stream going. Highly recommended!

I liked the hotel in general and very good, excellent service also, but it needs to pass through some reforms, such as the glass of the entrance of the hotel that is breaking, the room for breakfast and very short time of lack of table and chair, The rooms are very small. O Hotel é novo, muito bonito e os atendentes nos atenderam muito bem! Todas as meninas da recepção foram muito atenciosas e até sugeriram passeios aqui em Maceió. O café da manhã é excelente e a Asmine e Raquel nos atenderam muito bem. A camareira Patrícia arrumava e decorava o quarto com muito capricho.

One of the air conditioned was particularly noisy and the clothes is a typical open structure of a hostel.
As regards the service, it was necessary to ask three times in different days at the reception to have a drink in the room, because of the first two times they said they would take and never took. The next day they provided one the cleaning staff took!
Speaking on cleaning, one day they did not clean, and had to ask for it, and another day they cleaned, but left no bath towels.
Too many failures for a alleged four stars in 5 nights of stay.
At breakfast, not all dishes/food are identified, which makes a tourist who doesn't know the local gastronomy know what is available.
Nordestine sympathy is welcome, but does not replace training and organization.

Pelo tamanho do hotel e da estrutura voltada para receber um bom número de hóspedes, o café da manhã é decepcionante. Se reduz a pão, ovo e cuscuz, sem variedade, mesmo com um espaço imenso para diversificar. Já ficamos em hospedagens menores com anos luz de variedade. Além de tudo, embora seja uma hospedagem bem isolada, fora do fervo de Maceió e aparentemente tranquila, deixa a desejar no quesito segurança onde motos de aplicativo de delivery passam tranquilamente pela recepção e vai bater na porta do quarto do hóspede sem comunicação prévia e sem qualquer interferência da recepção ou portaria. Outro destaque é pra localidade ser bem afastada do centro de Maceió, com um atendimento atendimento é sofrível. Os atendentes trabalham com cara de quem estão fazendo favores para os hóspedes, a exemplo do checkout que chegamos e encontramos a recepção fechada, quando sinalizamos que era um checkout a recepcionista gritou falando “tá devendo alguma coisa? Então é só largar a chave aí” totalmente desatenciosa e sem profissionalismo, parecendo uma quitanda. Destaco também outro ponto de atenção para quem deseja se hospedar por lá, eles possuem uma parceria com a Wyndham Club Brasil, onde fica uma promotora da Wyndham na área da piscina abordando os hóspedes e oferecendo um day use a preço promocional em um resort próximo dali. Quando você vai para esse Day Use, acreditando ser apenas um passeio, é uma tentativa de te empurrar um de club de férias de procedência duvidosa (basta checar o nome da empresa no reclame aqui) que você vai ter que pagar por anos, sem muitas informações contratuais e ainda quando você se opõe a contratar, te tratam com arrogância, grosseria e só faltam te xingar. Por pouco não estragaram nossas férias e no dia seguinte estava a mesma promotora na área da piscina, se esquivando da gente. Fiquem atentos, acredito que tenham hotéis melhores e mais centrais!
