Extraordinary attention from the staff, views that you never tire of seeing, very well prepared breakfast, very good quality of the food in general, the hot tub hours are a little restricted and it would be very good if it had a heated pool

It seems the hotel is going through financial problems. Very few employees for a hotel totally booked. The service at the restaurant and bar was poor. The food and drinks quality, also poor. Very nice horseback riding!

Simply awful. No COVID procedures. Huge party last night with no adherence to COVID protocol. Staff was hiding and couldn’t control the crowd at 3am in the morning. A guest had to take control and force raucous crowd to leave. They didn’t leave and simply went to another part of the Lodge.

We went from Rancagua along a long and bad dirt road with the idea of getting there to have tea and the manager treated us very poorly, very uncritical, although we did not call before to say that we were going to have tea, that does not justify not being able to offer a delicious coffee with something to eat. They didn't have anything, the only thing we could have was disgusting coffee. Very unfortunate, a wonderful mountain range environment, but the gardens look neglected, the pool green with dirt, a fiberglass hot tub that looked horrible from the living room, the truth is very far from recommending this place. It looks like a very bad place. A shame.

After almost 2 hours of travel from Requínoa we arrived at the hotel, a terrible road but we looked for it. It is not the first time I went, I was struck by how neglected it was, a hotel from the Noi chain, even if it is winter, cannot have a swimming pool with green water, the neglected garden, the truth is that it is very disappointing and in bad taste. We asked for a coffee and something to drink… the girl who was at the bar kindly told us that she couldn't sell us anything since they could only serve the people who were staying at the hotel, and due to limited supplies they couldn't serve them… in the end They sold us 4 watery mocachinos with no taste at all… it would be good if the hotel reported on their website or here that they only serve people staying there! I would never go back again! What a lack of judgment on the part of the person in charge not to have foreseen that people may come simply to have lunch or have tea. Terrible experience.
