Best place to stay in Madeira island ,you will love it .mostly recommended

I booked this hotel as part of our week long trip in Madeira due to its proximity to the airport. The location was perfect and the hotel was spotless with an amazing hot shower. The small town where the hotel is located has plenty of little cute bars and restuarants too. Big shout out to the guy who was working doing the Karaoke during our stay - he was providing top entertainment in multiple languages and I loved it!

The eating was almost every day really standard and the same, nothing bg special, i thought i will see any typical portugal eat for breakfast. in room no water kettle , for trip is good to make any hot drink and put it in thermos, but was not possible. Good. Of point Clean, small. Friedge at room.

The hotel is good, on the beach, public transport stop nearby, there is hiking nearby. You can book surfing, diving, excursions at the hotel, breakfasts are also not bad. But the service! From such a hotel you expect that they will be more friendly with you, take you to the room for the first time, tell you what and where to find, etc. None of this happened. Upon check-in to the room there was a compliment - water, cookies and wine. But the water is not replenished later. In the room, towels are changed every day, robes, etc.

Wonderful location close to the airport and with access to the beach. Great view from the room. Great service. Tasty breakfast. We are happy with everything.

The location is great; close to the airport and the sea. Many bad reviews have been written about hygiene, especially about vermin. We had a room on the 9th floor and did not see a spider, ant or cockroach. The hotel is old, including no good ventilation in the bathroom, few sockets and the air conditioning does not cool optimally. Despite that, we are happy that we spent the night here :)

I really enjoyed my stay, I intend to come back! Very good service, super friendly and attentive. Restaurant with great variety and impeccable service.
