Filthy. Found someone else’s underwear on the floor. Truly disgusting and manager didn’t care. Could barely sleep because of the thoughts. Manager refused refunding 2nd nights stay. Simply nasty hotel. Go across the bridge, several nicer hotels there

The view was beautiful don’t get me wrong but the bug problems they have they really need to address. You cannot step out into the balcony without getting attacked by mosquitoes/spiders etc. There needs to be a bug zapper or something out on every porch so people can enjoy the view properly without being eaten alive.
Also I asked them twice to change my bed sheets and they never did they just made the bed that was it. My daughter had an accident so the last night we spent there we slept on towels because the sheets were still covered in pee.

Loved the beachfront location. Enjoyed the spaciousness of the suite. Property not well maintained and decor (except the lobby) were well out of date. The faucet in our kitchenette was coming off. No routine room service.

best part was the view. The bed was like sleeping on plywood, the tv was from the 80's wouldn't stay again.
