The room was not clean. The chairs for the dining table were so dirty. The tv looked like it was going fall. The floors were at an angle. One of the windows was cracked opened and would not close.

Staff was nonexistent when checking by out. Cigarette smell and butts all over floor at entrances, no trash can in room/bathroom. No cups in room. No ice machine….. musty/mildewy smell in room. Other guests were loud and yelling all evening and night.

Bath fan not working. Toilet seat screws needed tightening. Oven needed cleaning. Found broken glass between oven door and edge below it. Microwave needed cleaning around door inside. Room was comfortable but dated. Appreciated the recliner.

I reserved a non smoking room but the smell of smoke was so heavy in the room. The table had not been wiped down and there was a piece of bar soap that was not the hotels that was left in the shower leaving me to believe it hadn’t been cleaned. I found ashes on the side of the air conditioner which mean ppl had been smoking and that housekeepers didn’t clean the room

Large room with fridge, stove , microwave, sink. The bathroom was large and clean. We were staying just 1 night, so had no issues with the requirement to ask for dishes/etc. There was coffee in the lobby in the morning. Room was quiet and bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly. Feel it was a good deal at approx $83 incl taxes.

Largest room ever. Two queen beds, sofa sleeper, chair, full kitchen with full size fridge, dishwasher, and large counter. Extra Counter outside bathroom. So nice to line everything I needed for a quick get away in the morning. Clean. Only problem was tub draining slow and I did tell management or how would they know? Breakfast was small no tables. Grabbed a couple things and made hot oatmeal in a coffee cup. Would come here again if we were ever in Macon. Prices were less than other 4 star places.

The bed is so soft & comfy, exhilarating. So safe in this neighborhood. Me and My family had the best vacation ever. And we would love to go back again even a pool . If considering coming to macon please come to this hotel. Customer service is off the chain!!!
