By far The stable very accommodating the hotel staff for exceptionally prompt they had a Wray to go breakfasts for guests.

The hotel was in completely unacceptable condition! This online pictures are very misleading! The stains, smells, furniture in hallways, elevators obviously not wiped down in a long time, sticky floors, half drank soda in frozen fridge, a/c on last leg, and I could go on! We left after checking in and would rather eat the bill than stay!

The AC was broken and they had to turn off the water all afternoon - they did not alert guests. Came back from an event and needed to shower and dress for a graduation ceremony and was unable to clean up. After we returned later that night - had to run the bathtub water for literally 30 minutes before it turned clear again 9 was muddy brown)

Needs extermination in rooms 132 and 137, outside insects entering the two of the rooms

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The pillows were the fluffiest I ever sleep on. The room was clean and quiet. We were pleased with the overall stay. The breakfast did leave a little to be desired. No bacon or sausage. There were plenty of scrambled eggs; bread for toasting and a variety of juice; milk; coffee and water to drink. We would consider staying again on our next trip up to the Macon, Georgia area.

Customer service is poor and will not work to find a solution for our problem. Front desk workers claiming to be GM and keeps hanging up the phone.

All of the shrubs and plants around the building and pool are still missing! Stayed here in the past and it seemed homey and welcoming, it is still under remodeling mode.
