Nice and Friendly staff, great location within Macquarie University. Nice environment with view of the lake, close to Macquarie Shopping Centre within few minutes walk, Bathroom a bit small especially bathtub. Smart TV available. Room is considered big and spacious. Great service and Friendly staff. Beautiful location. Parking little bit far from hotel.

Clean and modern room with lakeside views. The staff were very friendly.

Good interior and facilities

The location and environment of the hotel are very good, but the sanitation is particularly bad, the service is unprofessional, the bed is very uncomfortable, I will not stay again

Staying 3 nights over the weekend. Receptionist hung up on me when called 8:30pm to ask how to find the Hotel on walking, very impatient. No tea/coffee bags provided like other hotels.

On the whole, the property came above standards, the only fault we had was there was a lamp on the desk top which did not work.

Booked this accomodation last minute and enjoyed my experience. Would definitely book this place in the future when I come back to Sydney.

Room was comfortable with pleasant outlook over the lake. BUT we had to wait ten minutes before someone showed up at reception. Once there the young woman was very helpful, finding us a good room well ahead of normal checkin. Then wifi was non existent - phone and iPad showed connection to network but NO action, no Reception. This is so-called executive hotel attached to a respected university management school - please spend some money on a quality wifi system - very frustrating. Also price for room much too high even on TayTay weekend in Sydney - surely not many Swifties would stay here!

Dated almost dormitory style accommodation. Was not aware when booking that this was that type of accommodation. Not able to have any meals available on site at the time we were there as they were all closed

We stayed for one night and were pleasantly surprised by the size of the room and the decor. The bathroom was well equipped and the lights over the basin wonderful for putting on makeup which is rare these days. Bed was very comfortable. We had room service dinner and the food was great. Would highly recommend.
