Nice clean rooms, friendly staff, good location. The front desk employee Faiz is a great guy and always fun to interact with always professional and does his job exceptionally well. I have enjoyed my stays here many times over the last few months.

Decent place but we felt less secure when we came back to find two police cars there. Clerk said it was against policy to say why the cops were called but said nothing else to reassure us about our safety. Manager called the next day to reassure us after we checked out and I left a negative review. In a pinch, we might stay there again because the cost was affordable. Parking is a bit tight if you come in late. Surly desk clerk. Room was fine.

Place generally feels rundown a bit, especially inside. Room wasn’t dirty, but one of the “clean” towels when we checked in had makeup all over it. Grossed me out. Bed was fine, and didn’t have any problems with noise. Front desk staff was not very friendly.

Housekeeping only checked in one single time to see if we wanted our room cleaned. Didn’t really need it cleaned, but fresh towels and trash emptied by then would have been nice. Outside of that, everything else was ok. Not great but not terrible either.

Needed some rest to take my wife back to the hospital and the floor above us was terrible loud. I mentioned it to a said he would tell management. Nothing changed. We didn’t get any rest and they refused to give some sort of refund for our discomfort.

I really enjoy staying at the Madison Heights extended Stay location. Very clean, excellent management, staff and service. Always polite and professional. Maintain an excellent safe environment. I will recommend family and friends to choose this location. Comfort is number for me and I feel that this location provides all that I need when it comes to hotel stay. MYoungB

We stayed here for a week the staff is rude the facilities are garbage 4 washers only 2 work the staff actually sent back a very important document sent here for me certified i will not put my family through a stay here ever again here are a few pictures so you can see what the call nice the tv picture is just so you know what a small tv they give you

This is an older property that needs a little love. You can tell that the furniture has numerous nicks, burn spots on the counters, etc. It was, otherwise, clean. The staff was nice. The bed was like a cement block and the tv was small for the room and perched low on a credenza. Not much around to eat unless you go to the mysonginestic Twin Peaks. The grab and go breakfast isn't what you think. I believe it was oatmeal you could make and some snack bars. Would I stay here again? Probably not.

Great Group !!! I've been here for over a year. Talk about extended stay. The whole staff have always been attentive to my needs. I actually want for nothing, honestly this place has the Greatest Group !!!

I came into town due to a funeral. After the funeral, In the middle of the night, I received banging on my door and someone yelling for me to come out. It was obvious some stranger was upset. No help from the front desk. Luckily I had friends who came to get me out of there. It was very scary. So the next day I returned to check out. I will never stay at this place again, nor will I recommend this hotel. It's awful. And nighttime lady? is horrible. There are even more complaints but I don't have time to type it all out.

Excellent service, very clean, workers are polite and helpful. Any problems we had with our rates or explaining what discounts we might have, Management was very informative and helpful with explaining them to us to get the best out of our stay! Our room was comfortable and kept clean… I would highly recommend Extended Stay in Madison Heights!!!

Greatest staff ever ! Ashley and Amber are the best as well as the whole crew. Clean rooms and great Continental breakfast. Take it from me, I've been here for over a year and the service has always been consistently great.
