I first arrived and was being charged $97 which I found out only because I received a message from my bank. I later asked why I was being charged to much or why there were additional fees if I was quoted $87 online. The manager said well then order it online. After booking 2 queens online since the king was no longer being offered since it showed as booked I asked for a refund on the original booking that I was being charged $97 for. I was told that they have requested the refund but they wouldn’t be able to give me a receipt until maybe tomorrow. I tried entering the office for my receipt but they weren’t open/ available so I didn’t ever receive anything. This property was filthy. The sheets had so much hair on them. I called front office and asked if I could please have the sheets changed. 10 minutes later the co-manager came with sheets and told me to do it myself and to place the dirty sheets on the floor somewhere. The sheets that I was given had a quarter sized yellow stain and the pillow case has foundation on it. I loved my stay 2 years ago but this time I was up charged, charged twice, and got the dirtiest room and sheets.
