Had no A/C, upon arrival found apartment hot, they contend that they have cooling from the tile. It doesn’t work. Had booked for four nights. Left after 3 as could not sleep from heat. They refused to refund despite their lying about AC. To be avoided

Positives: Great wifi. Room information. Entry communication clear. Negatives: Everything else! Sleep Quality: Studio 1 is right on the street with no soundproofing. Continual footsteps, conversations and cars on cobbles all hours. Need ear plugs. Thin curtains do not light block so there are car lights continuously. During the day, You cannot have curtain open for light as there is no privacy. During the night it is difficult to reach the switch for the lights due to the bed mechanism frame and it is dangerous nagivating the super narrow book shelf which doubles as stairs to the bed. Would not recommend after a few drinks! Impractical design generally. Uncomfortable couch and 'living space' not improved by the 13 scatter cushions and 3 bean bags. Sold as a 'business studio' but the desk was so small and awkwardly placed in the corner. Shower water pressure was terrible and took forever to get warm. The main tap joy stick seems to be on upside down so you push out for off rather than on. More than one long dark hair found on the linen but when the housekeeper has to make a bed that high up and impractically placed, it is forgiven. Lots of 'decor' which just gets dusty and makes you feel like you are staying in some teenagers room while visiting a relative. This is the 4th apartment hotel i have used this trip all just couple of hundred metres apart and this is the worst. Impractical design, difficult to work things out, downright dangerous bed and generally uncomfortable. Rear studios might be better but not recommended for older or less mobile people, larger or less flexible people.

We had less than 24 hours in Madrid. Our studio was perfect, clean and well appointed. Great location and would stay here again for longer stays.

Quietest hotel room I have ever stayed in. Close to all museums and sights. Well furnished, very clean. Elevated bed was somewhat of a challenge. Would definitely be a problem for some guests. Never found the remote for the projector so no TV. Problem with the door locking, but it was at the end of the visit.

It felt like I was at a spa! Very lovely decor-clean lines, neutral tones and 1/2 dozen live plants! It was so quiet and there was not a spec of dust!! The location is convenient to many local attractions-shopping, eating and historical monuments and architecture. Will recommend

The place is in the city center and was in a very convenient location. I stayed in studio 4 and I like how it has an undeground basement with projector and mini bar design concept. Check in process was easy, i communicated through whatsapp whenever i have some questions. The only disadvantage I can say is the type of air-conditioning they have is not enough to cool down the place especially during summer months. But overall I enjoyed my stay.
