Great location, Nice staff, Clean room I will definitely come back with this hostel!

Everything is nice . The bed is very comfortable and there is a shared kitchen you can use it for free. Just the warm water in the shower wasn't warm enough

I was surprised at the price of hostels in Madrid. This one was on the lower end of the spectrum but it was very well thought out. The staff was friendly and deals very well with customer service issues. They also offered info on the city upon arrival and recommendations. There is a well equipped and well organized kitchen with free tea all day and churros/ coffee in the morning. The terrace bar is nice with a friendly bartender. Rooms have lockers under the beds and each bed has a curtain, outlet and reading light. There are fun details all over the hostel, even embroidered in the comforters. It can get a little noisy, but you are in a hostel, so manage your expectations accordingly (and bring earplugs ;)) Supermarkets, the metro, bars, restaurants, sol, and the plaza mayor are all within walking distance. Note: there is a fee to use the hot tub.

My friend invited to a short trip and found this hostel for us. He was here some years ago and I was really happy with the choice. Bed was really comfortable and even in a room with 7 more people I could have a good night of sleep.

The price/performance ratio is very high. The front desk guy provided excellent service. The bed was tidy and although it was a public bathroom, it was also very clean. The location is also very good and it is very convenient to travel around.

The facilities are well-cleaned, but since the hostel is used by youth hostels, it is a little rundown. However, it is clean because it is cleaned very frequently. The hot water in the shower is a little warm, although the water pressure is weak. The kitchen is a little small, but it has all the necessary facilities. The refrigerator is very large, and it is easy to use because there is always a paper to write your name and check-out date. The bed has a solid partition and curtain, so it feels private, and the outlets are convenient to use, but the ventilation is poor and it is already hot even at the beginning of June. The locker key was broken, but they let me use the locker next to it and it seems to have been fixed immediately. You can get free coffee and churros for breakfast. They are not sweet and very delicious. The location is a little bad for going to the nearest subway station or the Prado Museum. There was a fight around the hotel and the police were called only once during the three nights. If you are going to Sol, there is no problem.

The location of the hotel is convenient, just outside the subway station The hotel provides free breakfast. The churros are very delicious. Hot water and coffee are available all day long. I will stay here again next time I come with friends

The transportation is very convenient. Compared with the number of people, there are few public facilities, mainly the kitchen. Hotel taxi service is really good

I had a great stay at the 2060 Newton Hostel. The staff were friendly and helpful, the location was great and the city is very walkable, the dorms have privacy curtains, the rooftop bar has stunning views and is social (more friendly/social hostel than others I’ve been to). Only negative was that the showers/taps were short timed push buttons which made washing hair slightly challenging. Overall I had a great stay, would recommend & stay here again if I ever came to Madrid.

Highly recommended hostel! Friendly, knowledgeable and super helpful staff. We stayed in a mixed dorm for 8 people with ensuite bathroom, everything very clean and large spaces. Great location, just steps away from a metro stop. They organize city guides, pub crawls and rooftop events.

It was the best hostel i ever stayed at. The Beds were comfy and we agreed with other guests that we unusally good sleep. The People were nice. The Roof top was beautiful and had good music and deals. The Pubcrawl was fun. Showers were clean and felt private.
