The hotel is in a very central location at Gran Via (main shopping street). Metro station is just a few meters away. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are quite big. There is also a nice rooftop bar with good cocktails. Due to the location the hotel is great for a weekend trip to Madrid. I would definitely stay there again.

The location is quite good, on Gran Vía, the Art Suite is on the right, and Plaza de España is on the left. The breakfast is also delicious, but the hardware is indeed at the level of Atour (the bathroom is not as good as Atour).

The location is very good. It is right outside the Gran Vía and only 5-6 minutes' walk to Puerta del Sol. There are Chinese restaurants within 30 minutes of the hotel. It is very convenient and the hotel is super comfortable.

The hotel room is very large. The room I booked faces east. I can sit on the terrace and watch the sunrise every morning! It's great! All the hotel staff are full of enthusiasm and happiness! The smiling service at all times makes you feel like you are being received by a butler every time you come back! And there are security guards and doormen 24 hours a day, which makes you feel very safe! And the hotel is very friendly to dogs and cats (and it's free). Before I hung up my clothes, the dog's sleeping mat and water bowl and food bowl were all delivered! The floor manager gave me two large boxes of pet food and two shopping bags for going out, which are environmentally friendly, durable and beautiful! Every hotel staff will greet and touch my dog every day when they see it, as if it is a member of their family! It's just a dreamlike enjoyment!
