Rooms are quite big and very clean with a good price for value in Alcala Norte. The check out is very efficient and invoice is sent by mail the same day

Darleny is the girl font desk .she help check in and out . Great customer service very helpful . The location have 3 restaurants nearby quite place . 40 minutes from the great places . Every body was very nice . Place is very clean great place to stay

A must stay, clean, good price, 10' walk to the metro, 20' to Gran Via, lovely staff all around the hotel.

Great value for money, lovely breakfast with a lot of variety. Easy bus trip to the city. Very friendly and helpful staff

My family and I enjoyed three nights at the Alcala Norte in Madrid. It was a nice hotel with a gym, breakfast buffet, and access to the Metro. We enjoyed the location away from the hustle of the central part of the city, but liked that we could make an easy train ride to the activities. The rooms were nice and clean as well.
