Shocking. It looks like a 20 Euro youth Hostel inside. So cheap. No slippers, no tissue box,no tea kettle, nothing, theyndo give you toilet paper but thats about itl. I feel so aorry for people who stay here,

Extremely clean room and bathroom. Good breakfast. Food for lunch quality is so so but enough for an ibis. Location actually quite fr from the airport.

when I check in and after the reception registered, Shae asked me to pay again, I advised her did pay on on line. Then she re re arrange the registration again. Strange.

This is a convenient hotel if you have a short stopover in Madrid and don’t need to be downtown. Very tasty European breakfast! Distance to the airport is small but it’s tricky to reach the hotel if you don’t take a taxi. The hotel description says there is a hotel shuttle bus from the airport for free … that is unfortunately not true. Not from the airport neither to the airport. In case you decide to walk to the hotel … it’s a 10 min walk from terminal 2 …. be prepared to ask for the correct way. Very tricky … specially at night. The hotel should update their profil and please stop saying that there is a hotel shuttle bus for free!!!

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, about 15 minutes by taxi.  The waiters are kind and polite, and are happy to answer guests' questions. Environmental sanitation, facility management. Each layer has a light fragrance that makes you feel refreshed.

Hotel we went to because of a delayed flight, so I can't rate the surroundings, but I get the feeling that it is far from Madrid center to use it as a hotel for sightseeing, but for connections and taking flights it is perfect near the airport but it is needed vehicle to go. The hotel had a spacious and comfortable room. The buffet breakfast surprised me with the wide variety of things they had. The guys at the reception are very friendly and close, trying to help with everything we need.
