The room is really spacious but had no view. I expected a bathtub but it was bathtub or shower. The bed was big.

Es un dos estrellas, hay detalles que faltan y son normales en hoteles con tres o más estrellas, no obstante, es un hotel cumplidor, muy limpio, cómodo, bien situado. Desayuno buffet algo tarde ( a las 7 AM), pero desde las 4 de la mañana te sirven en el bar uno continental que se agradece si has de tomar el tren muy pronto. El personal de recepción excelente y diligente, de cinco estrellas.

Ya me habia alojado en este hotel en otras ocasiones y al llegar comprobé que habian cambiado las televisiones mas modernas y conectadas a internet, algo que me pareció una buena mejora. Pero cuando me puse a ver la tele convencional y, entre casi 50 canales no aparecia la Sexta, lo comenté en recepción. Me fui despues de tres noches y no solucionaron el problema. Por lo demás todo correcto.

The hotel is centrally located at the Las Ventas subway station, so it's a good starting point for exploring the city. Bullfighting fans will find the large arena directly opposite the hotel. The rooms are OK, but there is only one chair/seating furniture. Breakfast was OK, but the gluten-free bread ordered "on request" consisted of just two small slices of bread. For me, however, the air conditioning, which didn't work even when I asked, was a reason not to visit again: since the hotel is in the middle of multi-lane traffic, you have to close the soundproof windows completely; but then the room heats up immediately. A good night's sleep was out of the question.

To spend a night passing through or similar it may be fine. The bed is comfortable for a 2 star hotel, the staff is friendly, but the mold in the shower cannot be. The bed was too close to the wall with hardly any space and a small bathroom. There is no desk.
